Stabilization Debt Recall / 稳定化债务召回

Stabilization Debt Recall is the event emitted when a supposedly stabilized, scoped, or callback-bearing source is challenged before its cost has been assigned, or when its assigned carrier fails.

It is the aftershock event for 稳定化责任票据. The event turns clean-looking survival into a concrete future problem: reader challenge, callback call, recourse target, liability call, release dispute, hostile proxy, room collision, checksum challenge, fan refund, sponsor clawback, or recovery-only route.

It must not be a generic penalty for time passing.

Event triggers

Trigger or record this event when any of the following are true:

  • a stabilization ticket remains unassigned, false_clean, disputed, or escrowed with no carrier when contradiction, audit, refund, checksum challenge, release challenge, room collision, callback call, or reader challenge arrives;
  • a current reader tries to reuse a scoped readback result without the old harmed/excluded reader, scope delta, proof anchor, carrier, or maturity trigger;
  • an owed reader calls a callback that had been consumed as relief, closure, precedent, sponsor release, public receipt, lawful annex, route unlock, or ending scar;
  • a sponsor, inspector, editor, public, fan, proxy, facility, route asset, callback carrier, proof bridge, or production lane rejects the cost it had accepted;
  • a public receipt stabilization is later contradicted by source proof, body or voice receipt, artist refusal, fan oxygen testimony, archive ruling, black-box checksum, pirate relay memory, or blackout record;
  • a sponsor clean patch is challenged by fan public, inspector, archive, artist, editor, witness, callback claimant, or excluded reader;
  • an editor checksum patch becomes the only thing holding the public version together and then the checksum is reopened;
  • a proxy carrying the version is missed, traded cleanly, suppressed badly, exposed without protection, or claimed first by another faction;
  • a release or facility route used to stabilize a problem is later shown to have moved the wrong copy, wrong person, wrong room, wrong claimant, or wrong callback carrier;
  • the player explicitly refuses to assign the cost.

No trigger may be based on fixed timing, raw count, dashboard state, or lens-health state.

Outcome families

Outcome A — Sponsor clawback

A clean patch, relief payment, naming package, stop-loss carveout, or sponsor-only readback is challenged and the sponsor calls the private debt.

Outcome C — Callback call

A future reader consumed relief while callback debt remained owed, deferred, converted, waived with harm, or hidden.

  - recovery_only
relief_any:

Outcome D — Reader scope challenge

A later desk cites a scoped readback as if it were universal authority.

Outcome E — Editor checksum recall

An edit patch or checksum bridge that held the audience version together is reopened.

Outcome G — Proxy carrier break

A person carried the source as signer, handler, public voice, edit operator, room key, callback carrier, proof source, or witness, then defects, disappears, becomes faction-bound, or becomes recovery-only.

Future play mutation

The event must mutate at least one durable surface:

  • liability underwriting row;
  • recourse priority row;
  • collection release receipt;
  • proxy posture row;
  • production triage ticket;
  • facility room or route edge;
  • public receipt legitimacy or distrust;
  • callback debt or owed reader hostility;
  • readback scope or excluded reader pressure;
  • audience stability;
  • broadcast reality;
  • route asset state.

Recovery hooks

Recovery is allowed, but never clean:

  • sponsor buyback plus contract capture;
  • inspector appeal plus bureau favor debt;
  • reader-scope addendum plus correction pressure;
  • callback repayment plus owed-reader leverage;
  • public correction plus fan refund or witness exposure;
  • edit checksum release plus edit debt and source ambiguity;
  • proxy rescue plus protection debt or hostile branch;
  • facility reroute plus watched room or burned corridor;
  • production triage plus lane scar or handler fatigue.

Non-goals

  • Not a random backlash event.
  • Not fixed timing.
  • Not a generic popularity loss.
  • Not a silent accounting loss.
  • Not a duplicate of 范围回读默认 or 回叫洗白默认; those defaults create source failure, while this event calls the inherited carrier.
  • Not valid unless it names source ticket, recall cause, calling claimant, omitted or owed claimant, carrier before, handoff state after, and future route effect.
