Stabilization Liability Handoff / 稳定化责任交接线
Stabilization Liability Handoff is the pressure storyline that starts after a broadcast problem has been made playable, watchable, lawful, scoped, or temporarily usable, but before the cost of that survival disappears.
The latest gap is no longer first-order stabilization. 播出合约回读线 already proves that later readers must consume old contract scope. 回叫消费证明线 already proves that later readers must consume callback-bearing relief. The new weak seam is inheritance: once a readback or callback branch succeeds with cost, who physically or institutionally carries that cost into the next desk?
This storyline turns that cost into a concrete 稳定化责任票据, resolved by 稳定化责任交接, and threatened by 稳定化债务召回.
Primary playable question
A route was saved, a reader accepted a scoped version, a callback travelled, or a public version remained usable. Who now carries the liability when a sponsor, lawful reader, archive desk, fan public, route asset, editor checksum, witness, or broadcast reality later calls the scar?
Why this is the next slice
The mesh already contains strong surfaces for:
- audience-floor and broadcast-reality stabilization through Audience Stability Floor and Broadcast Reality Drift Audit;
- slot and reader reuse through 播出合约回读线;
- callback-bearing relief consumption through 回叫消费证明线;
- downstream cost processing through Faction Liability Underwriting, Guarantee Recourse Cascade, Recourse Collection Release, Proxy Posture Chain, and Production Triage Desk.
The missing play is the bridge between those surfaces. A branch may be correctly scoped and still go shallow if the future route only records accepted_with_scope, accepted_with_callback, lawful_only, public_only, costlier, or recovery_only without naming the carrier that will be called later.

Ticket source families
Readback liability
A 播出合约回读案卷 may produce a liability ticket when a later reader accepts or partly accepts an old contract row.
Examples:
accepted_with_scopebecomes usable only because the excluded reader remains named;addendum_requiredkeeps the route open but creates lawful annex debt;split_canonpreserves two readers but creates future contradiction pressure;blocked_until_proofprotects custody but creates route delay;sponsor_only,lawful_only,public_only, orrecovery_onlypreserves one surface while narrowing another.
The ticket must name the old contract row, current reader, scope delta, harmed reader, carrier, maturity trigger, and future route effect.
Callback liability
A 回叫消费案卷 may produce a liability ticket when relief travels with a callback still owed.
Examples:
accepted_with_callbacklets a future reader proceed while the owed reader remains live;callback_requiredkeeps the route open with debt attached;public_only,lawful_only, orsponsor_onlyconverts relief into scoped use;quarantined,blocked,hostile, orrecovery_onlypreserves proof but denies clean closure;false_clean_reliefarms recall if the callback is laundered.
The ticket must name source relief, owed reader, excluded or deferred reader, callback carrier, proof bridge, waiver harm or explicit absence, and future reader effect.
Stabilization liability
Audience, drift, public receipt, fan bridge, sponsor patch, edit checksum, proxy, release, facility, or route asset branches can also create tickets when survival costs are deferred.
These sources remain valid, but they are no longer the only source family.
Storyline spine
Beat 1 — The saved version asks to travel
A route, package, proof object, public receipt, lawful annex, sponsor release, route asset, proxy row, or broadcast fact remains usable because a previous surface handled scope or callback state.
The player receives relief, but the relief is not final. The system creates or updates 稳定化责任票据.
Beat 2 — The ticket names carrier and claimant
The ticket records:
- source row and source surface;
- stabilized or scoped object;
- relief claimed;
- beneficiary;
- harmed, omitted, displaced, excluded, or deferred claimant;
- carrier or explicit absence;
- maturity trigger;
- handoff state;
- scar after stabilization;
- future route or reader effect.
A ticket that names only money, pressure, or stabilized: true is invalid.
Beat 3 — Handoff hearing assigns the cost
Run 稳定化责任交接.
The player chooses whether the cost is underwritten, routed to recourse, bound to a proxy, bonded by public/fan proof, carried by production, or refused as false-clean.
Beat 4 — Carrier changes future play
The carrier becomes a future gameplay surface:
- an underwriting ledger can be called;
- a recourse target can be seized or released;
- a proxy can defect, require protection, or become hostile;
- public or fan bond can demand refund, correction, or witness exposure;
- production carry can scar lane capacity, handlers, slots, and blackout pressure;
- refusal can trigger 稳定化债务召回.
Beat 5 — Recall or maturity proves inheritance
When contradiction, audit, sponsor stop-loss, fan refund, checksum challenge, room collision, release challenge, callback call, reader challenge, proxy break, blackout, or manual review arrives, the ticket matures.
Maturity does not erase the old state. It calls the carrier named by the old state.
Branch families
| Branch | Relief | Cost | Future effect |
|---|---|---|---|
| Underwrite | scoped/callback/stabilized version remains usable | collateral, excluded claimant, call trigger | unlocked_with_debt or call_default_possible |
| Route to recourse | false-clean use is blocked and target is named | route asset pressure, seizure risk, release review | recourse_target_created or release_with_scar_required |
| Bind to proxy | person carries the version as signer, handler, witness, editor, or relay | protection debt, claimant pressure, hostile proxy risk | proxy posture hearing or human-scar unlock |
| Public or fan bond | private capture is blocked through public receipt, fan oxygen, witness, or pirate relay | refund trigger, witness exposure, sponsor pressure | public audit required or private clean route blocked |
| Production carry | immediate stabilization holds without faction capture | lane scar, handler fatigue, unstaffed risk, black-screen pressure | production triage armed or future costlier |
| Refuse or false-clean | short-term burden drops | claimant hostility, distrust, drift, route block | recalled or recovery_only |
No branch may convert scoped readback, callback-bearing relief, or stabilization into clean universal closure.
Integration with current systems
- With 播出合约回读线, this storyline consumes
readback_state_after,scope_delta,harmed_reader, andfuture_route_effectas ticket inputs. - With 回叫消费证明线, it consumes
callback_consumption_state_after,owed_reader,callback_carrier, andfuture_reader_effectas ticket inputs. - With Route Assets and Custody, the carrier may be a proof object, route asset, logistics carrier, public receipt, fan queue proof, archive docket, black-box fragment, or facility room.
- With 播出署名反诉线, a release that cites relief must inherit the ticket instead of using the relief as clean proof.
- With 呼吸追缴扣押线, stays, haircuts, and foreclosure relief can mature into fan, lawful, sponsor, or archive callback claims.
Missability and recovery
The storyline is missed if implementation:
- records a scoped readback result but never creates a carrier or explicit absence;
- records callback-bearing relief but lets future readers cite it without ticket inheritance;
- hides the harmed, omitted, excluded, or deferred claimant;
- lets an archive stamp, sponsor payment, edit checksum, public receipt, or route asset erase the scar;
- opens from fixed timing, raw count, dashboard state, or lens-health state;
- resolves recall as flavor-only.
Recovery is allowed only through visible scar:
- public correction;
- legal appeal;
- sponsor buyback;
- callback repayment or public answer;
- edit checksum release;
- proxy rescue or replacement;
- route asset sacrifice;
- facility reroute;
- production triage;
- recovery-only use.
