Observable promise

Inspector Rhee Archive must be a playable audit pressure surface, not a one-line legality switch. When a voice asset, final performance, memorial echo, or digital resurrection is disputed, Rhee should force the player to name who owns the voice, what proof authorizes the use, and what debt is created if the proof is missing.

The lens is satisfied only by visible game outcomes: Rhee offer states, assigned proof objects, voice-token decisions, counter deltas, durable audit tags, and follow-up events. A legal-looking voice outcome must still cost pressure elsewhere.

State-triggered entry

Open Rhee’s audit surface when all of the following are true:

1. a voice-custody object is unresolved: final performance, unedited vocal master, voice custody injunction, black-screen unlicensed echo, echo infringement notice, receipt packet, memorial voice pack, or digital resurrection request;
2. at least one claimant can profit from unclear custody: sponsor, archive bureau, editor, AI voice claimant, memorial desk, producer, or public witness;
3. at least one pressure counter is live: voice_integrity, voice_token_integrity, custody_clarity, archive_fraud, inspector_heat, public_receipt_legitimacy, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, fan_oxygen_resentment, or black_screen_slots;
4. Rhee is not already resolved as satisfied auditor, cooperative audit shield, hostile seizure, suppressed docket, or missed inspector.

Do not open this surface from a numbered turn. Canonical entry is based on unresolved voice custody plus claimant pressure.

Required route states

• rite.counter_audit_false_owner — use source proof or receipt evidence to challenge a sponsor, archive, or AI voice claimant.
• rite.quarantine_unlicensed_echo — suppress a voice object without falsifying custody, paying fan/public/sponsor cost.
• rite.request_rhee_audit_shield — turn Rhee into a limited route asset for one future voice-use dispute.

Required events

At least three stateful events should be reachable from the storyline:

• event.inspector_demands_voice_token — Rhee demands proof before voice use, memorialization, or digital resurrection.
• event.false_voice_owner_hardens — a sponsor/archive/AI claimant becomes the visible owner because no valid token was shown.
• event.rhee_seizes_echo_copy — hostile Rhee removes the disputed voice from the player’s hand or locks its use behind appeal.
• event.audit_shield_granted — satisfied Rhee creates a limited route asset and nonzero counter cost.
• event.black_screen_unlicensed_echo — unlawful use or suppressed docket can emit Black Screen: Unlicensed Echo.
• event.echo_infringement_notice — unauthorized voice use can produce Echo Infringement Notice.

Required branch divergence

Branch A — Satisfy the voice token audit

The player assigns a valid voice_rights_token, source chain, consent receipt, or court-safe archive proof.

Expected outcome:

• add rhee_satisfied_voice_token;
• custody_clarity +1, voice_token_integrity +1, or archive_fraud -1;
• cost: inspector_heat +1, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure +1, public_receipt_legitimacy -1, fan_oxygen_resentment +1, or a spent proof object.

Branch B — Recruit a limited audit shield

The player convinces Rhee to become a cooperative inspector surface for future voice disputes.

Expected outcome:

• add route_asset.rhee_audit_shield;
• unlock one future mitigation for voice custody, digital resurrection, echo infringement, or final-cut receipt disputes;
• increase bureau_favor_debt, inspector_heat, contract_capture, or archive_debt.

Branch C — Counter-audit a false owner

The player uses unedited-live-vocal-master or receipt evidence from editor-han-cutroom to challenge a sponsor/archive/AI claimant.

Expected outcome:

• add rhee_counter_auditor, false_voice_owner_contested, or receipt_chain_upheld;
• public_receipt_legitimacy +1, custody_clarity +1, or voice_integrity +1;
• sponsor_stop_loss_pressure +1, inspection_heat +1, or archive_debt +1.

Branch D — Quarantine the unlicensed echo

The player refuses to air or resurrect the disputed voice until custody is named.

Expected outcome:

• add unlicensed_echo_quarantined;
• reduce archive_fraud, black_screen_slots, or voice_integrity_risk;
• worsen fan_oxygen_resentment, public_grief_stability, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, or schedule pressure.

Branch E — Forge, suppress, or miss Rhee

The player broadcasts without a token, forges a docket, suppresses Rhee, or lets a false voice owner harden.

Expected outcome:

• add rhee_suppressed_docket, rhee_missed_after_false_voice, digital_resurrection_without_voice_token, or rhee_hostile_seizure;
• archive_fraud +1, custody_clarity -1, black_screen_slots +1, or inspector_heat +1;
• lawful digital resurrection, clean memorial broadcast, or future audit shield becomes locked or more expensive.

A sibling executable lens should fail unless these claims are true in replay/data inspection:

• 60%: satisfied or cooperative Rhee creates a costed lawful/custody improvement.
• 80%: forged, suppressed, missed, or hostile Rhee creates a durable penalty or locked option.
• 100%: divergent evidence proves lawful token, counter-audit, quarantine, and suppression outcomes with visible state/counter deltas.

Non-goals

• Not a fixed-turn continuation.
