Storyline promise

Rhee is the archive inspector who decides whether a voice can legally survive its body, its performer, its schedule slot, or its sponsor claim. They are not a passive failure flag. Rhee can become a cooperative audit shield, a counter-auditor against false voice ownership, a hostile seizure authority, or a missed inspector whose absence lets archive fraud harden.

The player should feel Rhee as a management-RPG pressure character: useful when satisfied with proof, expensive when recruited as an audit shield, dangerous when suppressed, and durable when missed. Rhee turns digital resurrection and memorial voice use into visible custody decisions.

This storyline expands the branch contract from Archive Voice Custody and the final-performance pressure in Last Performance into playable rites, cards, events, counters, and route states.

State-triggered entry

Open Rhee’s audit surface when all of the following are true:

1. a voice-custody object is unresolved: Last Performance, 未剪辑真唱母带, Voice Custody Injunction, Black Screen: Unlicensed Echo, Echo Infringement Notice, a receipt packet, memorial voice pack, or digital resurrection request;
2. at least one claimant benefits from unclear custody: sponsor, archive bureau, editor, AI voice claimant, memorial desk, producer, or public witness;
3. at least one pressure counter is live: voice_integrity, voice_token_integrity, custody_clarity, archive_fraud, inspector_heat, public_receipt_legitimacy, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, fan_oxygen_resentment, or black_screen_slots;
4. Rhee is not already resolved as satisfied auditor, cooperative audit shield, hostile seizure, suppressed docket, or missed inspector.

Do not enter this storyline from a fixed numbered turn. It is entered from unresolved voice custody and claimant pressure.

Rites

rite.open_voice_token_audit

Rhee appears when the player attempts to air, preserve, memorialize, resurrect, sell, or archive a disputed voice object.

Inputs:

• unresolved voice-custody object;
• claimant or pressure source;
• at least one operator who can audit, edit, witness, perform, sponsor, or suppress.

Outputs:

• rhee_audit_offered and one route toward satisfaction, counter-audit, quarantine, audit shield, suppression, or hostile seizure.

rite.submit_voice_rights_token

The player assigns lawful proof: voice-rights token, consent receipt, final-take chain, archive custody receipt, artist refusal marker, or court-safe source proof.

Positive output must still cost something: inspector_heat +1, bureau_favor_debt +1, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure +1, public_receipt_legitimacy -1, fan_oxygen_resentment +1, or a spent proof object.

rite.counter_audit_false_owner

The player uses source proof, cutroom receipts, public witnesses, or 未剪辑真唱母带 to challenge a sponsor/archive/AI voice owner.

Outputs:

• rhee_counter_auditor, false_voice_owner_contested, or receipt_chain_upheld;
• improved custody_clarity, voice_integrity, or public_receipt_legitimacy;
• worsened sponsor, archive, inspection, or schedule pressure.

rite.quarantine_unlicensed_echo

The player locks the disputed voice away instead of airing it without custody.

Outputs:

• unlicensed_echo_quarantined or quarantine_seal;
• reduced archive_fraud, black_screen_slots, or voice_integrity_risk;
• worsened fan_oxygen_resentment, public_grief_stability, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, or schedule pressure.

rite.request_rhee_audit_shield

The player recruits Rhee as a limited audit shield, not as a permanent legal immunity button.

Outputs:

• route_asset.rhee_audit_shield or rhee_audit_stamp;
• one future voice-custody mitigation becomes available;
• bureau_favor_debt, inspector_heat, contract_capture, or archive_debt rises.

rite.forge_or_suppress_voice_docket

The player hides Rhee’s demand, forges a token, broadcasts without custody, or lets a false voice owner harden.

Outputs:

• rhee_suppressed_docket, rhee_missed_after_false_voice, digital_resurrection_without_voice_token, voice_docket_forged, or rhee_hostile_seizure;
• short-term broadcast or sponsor safety;
• durable archive_fraud, black_screen_slots, custody_clarity, inspector_heat, or future route-lock cost.

Events

event.inspector_demands_voice_token

Rhee demands proof before a voice can be aired, preserved, memorialized, reconstructed, or sold as clean grief.

event.false_voice_owner_hardens

A sponsor, archive desk, AI model, or memorial pack becomes the visible owner because the player did not contest custody.

event.rhee_seizes_echo_copy

Hostile Rhee removes a disputed voice or source copy from the player’s usable set until appeal, exchange, or counter-receipt recovery.

event.audit_shield_granted

Satisfied Rhee grants one limited mitigation for a later voice-custody dispute and records the cost.

event.quarantine_contested_by_fans

The player protects lawful custody but fans accuse the production of burying the last voice.

event.voice_docket_forgery_exposed

A forged or suppressed docket returns as audit heat, archive fraud, black-screen risk, or hostile seizure.

Branches

Branch A — Lawful token satisfaction

The player supplies valid voice proof before the disputed voice becomes public reality.

Expected outcomes:

Branch B — Cooperative audit shield

The player pays, persuades, or politically shields Rhee so they become a limited route asset.

Expected outcomes:

The player aligns Rhee with Han, source receipts, or public witnesses to split a sponsor/archive/AI ownership claim.

The player refuses unlawful voice use and contains the disputed asset.

Branch E — Suppression, forgery, or missed inspector

The player buries the audit, broadcasts without token, forges proof, or allows false ownership to harden.

Expected outcomes:

• archive_fraud +1, custody_clarity -1, inspector_heat +1, or black_screen_slots +1;

Recruitability, satisfaction, and missability

Rhee is not recruited as a loyal companion. Rhee becomes usable only as a satisfied auditor, limited audit shield, or counter-auditor after the player provides proof, pays a bureaucratic cost, or exposes a stronger false owner.

Rhee is missed when a false voice owner hardens, the player repeatedly broadcasts without token, the docket is suppressed, or the disputed voice is resolved by sponsor/archive capture before Rhee is engaged. A missed Rhee must remove at least one lawful voice-custody option and raise at least one durable pressure counter.

Satisfying Rhee should never erase sponsor, archive, fan, public grief, or schedule pressure for free. Missing Rhee should never be only a line of prose.

Route pressure

• Company route: Rhee can legalize one voice use, but costs bureau favor, contract capture, or sponsor conflict.
• Public testimony route: Rhee can uphold receipts and contest false owners, but makes the dispute public and punitive.
• Archive route: Rhee improves custody clarity while increasing audit obligations and archive debt.
• Black-box route: quarantining or seizing an echo can prevent fraud while raising fan grief and black-screen risk.
• Artist route: lawful tokens and refusal markers protect voice integrity, but can remove a profitable public artifact.

Lens contract

Inspector Rhee Voice Token Audit Lens should fail unless the playable surface proves:

• Rhee enters from unresolved voice custody and claimant pressure;
• Rhee has durable states for satisfied audit, limited audit shield, counter-audit, hostile seizure, suppression, and missed false ownership;
• at least four branch families are playable;
• proof objects alter outcomes;
• lawful voice use is costed;
• digital resurrection without valid custody produces fraud, hostile seizure, or black-screen risk;
• no branch relies on a fixed numbered-turn trigger.

Non-goals
