Access Caption Reliance Hearing / 无障碍字幕信赖听证

Access Caption Reliance Hearing is the assignment rite that prices a caption reliance claim carried by 无障碍字幕信赖案卷.

It is played when a caption state has already changed access, meaning, delivery proof, oxygen refund pressure, sponsor reporting, management reach metrics, or route access. The rite does not re-litigate all caption custody. It asks who is allowed to rely on the caption and what future surface pays for that reliance.
