Access Caption Reliance / 无障碍字幕信赖机制

Access Caption Reliance is the mechanism that turns a caption state into a later reliance claim.

字幕证词羁押线 decides whether a caption can hold custody-bearing meaning. This mechanism starts after that decision or failure has consequences. It asks whether access public, foreign-language public, fan public, sponsor, management, archive, inspector, artist boundary, caption operator, or route asset reader relied on that caption, and which constrained surface must answer for the reliance.

The mechanism exists because a certified caption can otherwise become free reach, free sponsor proof, free management metric, or free public access. Storyteller must remember that access was consumed, denied, split, or falsely reported.

A row is invalid if it only says caption correct, access ok, sponsor accepted, or viewers angry.

No mode can create universal acceptance across access public, foreign-language public, fan public, sponsor, management, archive, inspector, source holder, caption operator, and route asset reader.

Default contract

无障碍字幕信赖默认 must fire or arm when:

• a caption is counted as access delivery without access receipt;
• sponsor reach uses a caption while access harm is hidden;
• management counts access reach as clean;
• fan translation becomes refund basis without proof or operator state;
• archive cites caption while reliance harm is hidden;
• caption operator becomes silent liability holder;
• constrained surface is hidden;
• future reader is hidden;
• one caption reliance row satisfies all readers cleanly.

The default must name the actor, false claim, hidden reader, missing input, constrained surface state, and future route effect.
