Resume Packet Triage / 复盘接手包分诊线

Resume Packet Triage is the pressure storyline for rebuilding a finite active hand from already-durable Storyteller state.

The current mesh is strong at making consequences durable. A proof can return through 导出证据回流分岔线. An old row can mature through 休眠认领复燃线. A multi-asset route can be checked through 路线装配兼容线. Management metrics can be compressed through 经营压缩台. Operator dissent, package omissions, recap fragments, transcripts, and fan tokens all have their own custody surfaces.

The remaining seam is narrower: when the producer resumes or receives a handed-off crisis, the first visible packet can hide live rows before any of those systems get a chance to speak.

This storyline makes the resumed hand itself a route asset.

Primary playable question

When an already-pressurized state is rebuilt into a finite active hand, which rows become visible now, which rows are registered as omitted, who benefits from the packet shape, and what hardens if a row is hidden as clean absence?

A valid answer must change current hand legibility, hidden-row pressure, and at least one future route or reader.

Gap diagnosis

Existing systems already cover adjacent pressures:

What remains under-specified is the first packet after a resume, desk transfer, or crisis intake. A finite hand can accidentally act like a clean filter: it surfaces the sponsor-safe row, hides a hostile proof, omits an access reader, and lets the next route believe the hidden row was absent.

This line prevents that by forcing every hidden live row to become either watchlisted, omitted with register, explicit absence with cost, or defaulted.

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — The crisis floor reopens

The producer returns to a crisis, receives an archive tray, reopens a station, or inherits another desk’s handoff. The state already contains live rows from prior play.

Rows may include matured claims, returned proofs, loadout conflicts, management-compression debt, pressure claimants, recap fragments, transcripts, fan tokens, protected witnesses, captured assets, false owners, or recovery-only routes.

Beat 2 — The packet tries to become the hand

The game creates 复盘接手包案卷. The packet names who owns or shaped it: producer, archive, inspector, sponsor, editor, fan public, claimant, logistics carrier, blackout system, or explicit absence.

The packet also names capacity or selection reason. Capacity is allowed as a gameplay fact, but it cannot erase pressure.

Beat 3 — Visible rows and omitted rows are priced

Every candidate row becomes:

  • visible now;
  • watchlisted;
  • omitted with register;
  • omitted as explicit absence with cost;
  • hidden cleanly and therefore default-armed.

A hidden row must name beneficiary, harmed reader or claimant, and future effect.

Beat 4 — The producer triages the packet

Run 复盘接手包分诊. The player chooses one posture:

  • surface balanced packet;
  • prioritize claimant;
  • sponsor-safe packet;
  • inspector-first packet;
  • fan-public warning packet;
  • editor checksum packet;
  • quarantine resume;
  • accept hidden row default.

Beat 5 — Future play reads packet state

At least one later reader or route consumes the packet result. This can be a production triage desk, dormant resurfacing review, evidence carryover hearing, route loadout reconciliation, management compression review, fan token authentication, recap review, transcript redaction hearing, public statement, sponsor gate, lawful appeal, route asset, or broadcast-reality patch.

If a live row is hidden without register or cost, 隐藏复盘行默认 fires or arms.

Character and faction hooks

  • A sponsor liaison can produce a sponsor-safe packet, but omitted public/fan harm becomes a register or default.
  • An inspector can produce a lawful-first packet, but public and editor readers must be narrowed or priced.
  • An editor can produce a checksum packet, but checksum continuity does not replace public or lawful readability.
  • A fan delegate can force public warning first, but sponsor pressure and inspection heat rise.
  • A logistics carrier can reveal which tray was physically missing, but handler burden and carrier risk rise.
  • A route asset in hostile, captured, false_owner, or recovery_only state can become the omitted row that ruins a clean hand later.

Named handlers improve packet quality only by filling slots. They do not erase omitted rows.

Counter contract

Every branch must mutate at least three surfaces, including one relief, one cost, and one future reader or route effect.

Primary surfaces:

  • active_hand_legibility
  • packet_owner_pressure
  • omission_register_integrity
  • false_clean_resume
  • hidden_pressure_hardening
  • handler_burden
  • management_pressure
  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure
  • contract_capture
  • inspection_heat
  • bureau_favor_debt
  • public_receipt_legitimacy
  • public_receipt_distrust
  • fan_oxygen_resentment
  • edit_debt
  • source_ambiguity
  • route_delay
  • route_asset_integrity
  • future_reader_acceptance
  • recovery_route_cost

Missability and recovery

The storyline is missed when implementation:

  • rebuilds a hand from durable state without a packet row;
  • hides hostile, captured, false-owner, recovery-only, contradiction-pending, or default-armed rows as clean absence;
  • lets hand capacity or UI selection erase pressure;
  • shows only sponsor-safe, lawful-only, public-only, or editor-only rows while implying universal readiness;
  • does not name omission beneficiary and harmed reader;
  • lets a future route consume the rebuilt hand without reading packet state.

Recovery is allowed only with visible scar:

  • rebuild packet;
  • reopen omitted row;
  • publish omission register;
  • name packet owner and beneficiary;
  • run dormant resurfacing, evidence carryover, route loadout reconciliation, transcript redaction, fan token authentication, or management compression with the omitted row;
  • convert future route to costlier, split, blocked, public-only, lawful-only, sponsor-only, editor-required, or recovery-only.
