Memorial Rights Contempt Storyline

Memorial Rights Contempt Storyline is a conditional pressure storyline for the moment when a memorial becomes the operating solution to a broadcast crisis.

The existing wiki already supports audience floor repair, oxygen claim settlement, route-asset custody, voice/body custody, and temporary memorial licensing. The remaining gap is the failure state created when those systems disagree: the audience can be stabilized by a memorial that the archive cannot sign, the artist refused, the sponsor bought, or the fan public recognizes as false.

This storyline turns that contradiction into playable management pressure. It is not a new lore chapter and not a generic legal proceeding. It is a broadcast-reality failure pack where public stability, archive custody, memorial rights, and refusal boundaries can invalidate each other.

Primary playable question

When grief is the only thing holding the slot together, does the producer air a shared memorial, protect refusal and risk losing the audience, freeze the memorial under archive injunction, sell grief to the sponsor, let fans carry an unauthorized vigil, or create a false memorial owner?

Every answer must leave visible relief and visible debt. A clean memorial is not a satisfying outcome unless it is paid for through another pressure surface.

State-triggered entry

Open this storyline when all of the following are true:

1. A memorial-facing object exists or is explicitly missing: 艺人拒忆回执, 纪念物临时牌照草案, Memorial Custody Cards, 未归档黑箱残片, Voice Receipt, fan oxygen ledger, public receipt, unauthorized vigil proof, or last-air edit.
2. The broadcast needs grief, proof, or public explanation to continue: Audience Stability Floor Storyline is volatile/breached/bridged/compressed, Oxygen Claim Exchange Storyline is open, sponsor stop-loss is active, or fan oxygen resentment is live.
3. Custody or refusal is unresolved: archive signature, memorial stage right, voice usage right, fan liturgy right, sponsor naming right, suppression right, or artist refusal right is missing, disputed, captured, or violated.
4. At least two claimant factions can contest the memorial: artist/refusal holder, fan public, archive bureau, inspector authority, sponsor desk, editor custody, pirate relay, audience witness chain, or schedule board.

This storyline is driven by live memorial-state and claimant pressure. It has no fixed numbered entry trigger.

• Baiya can stabilize the black-box proof chain or edit ledger, but may raise black-box debt.

Branch model

Branch A — Shared public memorial

The player aligns the memorial object with a proof chain and a public explanation.

Required assignment:

• one memorial object or proof;
• one public or archive handler: 韩砚霜, 郁蓝, 白鸦, archive clerk, fan witness coordinator, or equivalent;
• one live claimant still able to object.

Expected result:

• shared_public_memorial, memorial_rights_licensed_publicly, or equivalent becomes durable;
• public_grief_stability, public_receipt_legitimacy, archive_signature_legitimacy, or audience_stability improves;
• inspection_heat, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, black_box_edit_debt, schedule_slots_occupied, proof exhaustion, or fan oxygen refund debt remains or rises.

Branch B — Refusal-first delay

The player protects artist refusal, memory refusal, voice/body separation, or a living survivor before memorial use.

Required assignment:

• 艺人拒忆回执, Voice Receipt, Mira, final-take proof, or equivalent boundary object;
• one handler able to protect, witness, or audit the boundary;
• audience, sponsor, fan, or schedule pressure still active.

Expected result:

• refusal_first_delay, artist_refusal_respected, protected_private_memory, or equivalent becomes durable;
• artist_refusal_respected, mira_consent_integrity, voice_integrity, or artist_trust improves;
• audience_churn, fan_oxygen_resentment, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, schedule_pressure, or public_grief_stability worsens.

Branch C — Archive grief injunction

The player asks archive or inspector authority to freeze memorial use until custody is legible.

Required assignment:

• Han Yanshuang, inspector authority, archive docket, memorial temporary license, black-box fragment, editor proof, or equivalent;
• at least one public, sponsor, fan, or schedule claimant pressing for immediate memorial use.

Expected result:

• archive_grief_injunction, claim_payment_frozen_for_memorial_rights, or custody_first_memorial becomes durable;
• archive_signature_legitimacy, custody_gap, or receipt_legitimacy improves;

Branch D — Sponsor memorial capture

The player accepts sponsor money, naming rights, clean packaging, or a branded grief patch.

Required assignment:

• Shen Luo, sponsor desk, sponsor stop-loss object, naming-right pressure, or equivalent;
• one memorial object that can be branded, licensed, or privately captured;
• one unresolved public, refusal, archive, or fan claimant.

Expected result:

• sponsor_memorial_capture, sponsor_named_grief, private_capture, or equivalent becomes durable;
• sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, broadcast_floor_breach, or audience_churn decreases immediately;
• contract_capture, public_receipt_distrust, false_memorial_owner, archive_fraud, artist_refusal_violation, or future fan hostility rises.

Branch E — Fan vigil / pirate bridge

The player lets fan oxygen, unauthorized history, pirate relay, or public vigil carry the memorial despite formal resistance.

Required assignment:

• Yu Lan, Baiya, Ai Sheng, fan witness coordinator, unauthorized vigil proof, black-box fragment, or equivalent;
• sponsor, archive, inspector, or artist/refusal claimant still able to object.

Expected result:

• fan_vigil_contempt, pirate_memorial_bridge, public_vigil_route_asset, or equivalent becomes durable;
• public_grief_stability, fan_oxygen_balance, audience_stability, or route-asset pressure improves;
• inspection_heat, pirate_loop_exposure, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, relay_custody_risk, or black_box_edit_debt rises.

Branch F — Suppressed or false memorial

The player hides the contradiction, airs a clean false ending, uses a separated voice as if the body were present, or lets a wrong claimant own the memorial.

Expected result:

• artist_refusal_violation, false_memorial_owner, suppressed_memorial_right, broadcast_reality_contempt, or equivalent becomes durable;
• one immediate pressure may pause;
• public_receipt_distrust, archive_debt, archive_fraud, artist_trust_loss, fan_oxygen_resentment, audience_churn, or hostile witness pressure worsens.

Counters and durable state contract

Every resolved branch must change at least three counters or durable states. At least one movement must be visible relief. At least one movement must be visible cost.

• memorial/public: memorial_rights_legitimacy, public_grief_stability, public_receipt_legitimacy, public_receipt_distrust;
• artist/refusal: artist_refusal_respected, mira_consent_integrity, voice_integrity, voice_integrity_risk, artist_trust_loss;

Missability and recovery

This storyline is missable when the player repeatedly stabilizes audience grief without proving rights, lets sponsor naming harden into ownership, suppresses fan vigil receipts, violates refusal without counter-proof, or ignores archive injunction until the wrong claimant becomes durable.

Recovery is allowed, but it must be costly. Recovery must use at least one of:

• public counter-receipt with sponsor or inspector backlash;
• delayed refusal protection with audience/fan oxygen damage;
• archive injunction with schedule or slot cost;
• fan vigil route asset with pirate/inspection exposure;
• sponsor unwind with contract debt;
• hostile witness recovery;
• false-owner quarantine.

Replay evidence must include:

• source and wiki addresses;
• seed and session id;
• enabling state, not a numbered entry trigger;
• active hand or explicit no-show state;
• memorial object;
• claimant factions;
• right at risk;
• offered choices and blocked reasons;
• selected cards;
• selected branch;
• emitted events;
• before/after counters;
• durable states and follow-up risks.

Explicit non-goals

• Not filler aftermath.
• Not a fixed numbered trigger.

• Not a one-card memorial cleanup.
