Oxygen Clawback Foreclosure / 呼吸追缴扣押线

Oxygen Clawback Foreclosure is the pressure storyline for the moment when an oxygen promise that once saved a route is later targeted as collateral.

The player may have capped a rebate, ranked a fan refund below sponsor floor, converted breath relief into a public receipt, posted oxygen as liability cover, or kept a broadcast alive on credit. That earlier choice is already valid content. This storyline asks the next playable question: when a later claimant tries to seize that saved breath back, who can stop the foreclosure and what becomes more expensive because the promise is no longer clean?

Why this is the next useful expansion

Recent green content proved the front half of the oxygen economy:

• 呼吸返点封顶线 keeps sponsor rebate, fan refund, public receipt, and burdened reader distinct.
• 呼吸优先梯线 records senior and junior scars instead of letting a successful branch erase the subordinated claimant.
• 播出破产账本线 makes unpaid promises compete as creditors.

The remaining gap is the moment of call. Without this line, a sponsor or creditor can later deduct a fan refund, seize route-asset air, reverse a public receipt, or cite a collar as sponsor-only credit without giving the player a branchy stay/hearing surface.

Primary playable question

A claimant now says an earlier oxygen benefit can be clawed back.

Do you:

• honor the clawback and scar the original reader;

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — A saved breath becomes collateral

The player sees a prior promise: fan refund queue, public receipt credit, oxygen rebate cap, seniority award, sponsor makegood row, route-asset air reserve, liability bond, or insolvency distribution.

It was useful once. Now someone claims it can be taken back.

Beat 2 — The claimant serves notice

Create or update 呼吸追缴扣押通知.

The notice must name the original reader and promised effect before it names the claimant. If the original reader is absent, that absence is recorded as a weakness, not consent.

Beat 3 — A protected reader blocks clean seizure

The claim is invalid as clean content until the game names who would be harmed by foreclosure: fan public, public receipt table, lawful reader, archive reader, route asset, management report, ward queue, artist boundary, or explicit absence.

The player must see what minimum protection surface exists or is missing: stay order, fan delegate hearing, public receipt notice, archive lien release, refund audit, split priority note, recovery stub, or explicit absence.

Beat 4 — The stay hearing prices the seizure

Run 呼吸追缴暂缓听证.

The hearing lets the player decide whether foreclosure happens, is stayed, is subordinated, is made public, is escrowed, is cut down by delegate consent, is paid by a route-asset substitute, or becomes a default.

Beat 5 — Future play inherits foreclosure state

The result must change later offers. Sponsor afteruse, public receipt, fan refund, archive release, route-asset gate, management report, dormant claim, recourse release, or insolvency hearing reads the foreclosure state before accepting the earlier oxygen promise.

Integration notes

• With 赞助后用引证线, sponsor afteruse must check whether the oxygen promise is sponsor-only, public-only, stayed, foreclosed, or audit-bound.
• With 播出破产账本线, oxygen clawback is a specific creditor action rather than a generic payable.
