Storyline promise

A failed Receipt Packet Counterclaim should not vanish into a single lockout. When the wrong claimant becomes the visible owner of a receipt, docket, fan oxygen queue proof, black-box fragment, memorial air receipt, or voice custody receipt, the player gets a recovery surface: contain the claim, expose it, settle it, protect the carrier witness, or accept a durable route cost.

This storyline deepens Receipt Counterclaim Hearing and Route Assets and Custody. It is state-triggered from disputed proof and false-owner pressure, never from a numbered schedule position.

State-triggered entry

Open this storyline when all of the following are true:

1. a disputed proof object exists;
2. a durable wrong-claim state exists or is imminent: false_custody_owner_established, sponsor_duplicate_receipt, captured_proof, voice_docket_forged, or runner_hostile_witness;
3. at least two claimants can benefit from the wrong owner: archive authority, sponsor desk, inspector authority, fan public, editor claimant, memorial desk, voice claimant, or pirate archive loop;
4. at least one recoverable proof or witness remains: 交接链跑腿, Inspection Shadow Crew Permit, 未归档黑箱残片, 艺人拒忆回执, 未剪辑真唱母带, a fan queue stub, or an inspector docket trace;
5. the route has not already accepted the wrong owner as final custody law.

rite.recover_runner_witness

If 林乔 is missed, hostile, protected elsewhere, or unavailable, the player may recover her testimony at higher cost.

Expected outputs:

• runner_testimony_recovered, runner_witness_protected, or recovery_window_lost;
• recovered testimony unlocks containment or rescission;
• failed recovery adds false_owner_hardened_into_route_law.

Branch A — Quarantine the false owner

The player makes the wrong owner legally inert before it becomes route law.

Expected outcomes: add false_owner_quarantined or inspection_quarantine_seal; improve receipt legitimacy, custody gap, or false-owner pressure; pay inspection, archive, runner, or proof cost.

Branch B — Public rescission

The player exposes the duplicate receipt through public witness, historian, fan queue, or source proof.

Expected outcomes: add false_owner_publicly_contested or false_owner_rescission_broadcast; increase public receipt legitimacy; raise sponsor, inspection, fan oxygen, or runner risk.

Branch C — Quiet settlement

The player accepts a partial deal that prevents immediate collapse but leaves the wrong-owner claim alive.

Expected outcomes: add false_owner_settlement_deferred or sponsor_duplicate_receipt_deferred; immediate pressure may decrease; public legitimacy, archive debt, contract capture, or custody gap worsens or stays disputed.

Branch D — Witness recovery

The player recovers or protects 林乔’s testimony.

Expected outcomes: protected witness unlocks containment or rescission; recovered testimony costs money, favor, payroll leak, or fan trust; failed recovery adds recovery_window_lost and hardens the wrong owner.

Branch E — Hardening failure

The player lacks proof, suppresses the counterclaim, or lets the wrong claimant file final receipt.

Expected outcomes: add false_owner_hardened_into_route_law; later custody, voice, or memorial receipt rites lose clean success or require rescue; custody_gap +1, archive_debt +1, voice_integrity_risk +1, or false_custody_owner +1.

Route pressure

• Archive route: containment improves custody clarity but increases audit obligations.
• Public testimony route: rescission improves public legitimacy while provoking sponsor and inspection retaliation.
• Sponsor route: settlement protects schedule pressure but expands contract capture and public mistrust.
• Field logistics route: runner testimony can save the chain, but low-rank protection becomes an explicit cost.
• Voice/memorial route: source proof can defeat false voice or memorial ownership, but misuse of refusal proof worsens voice integrity risk.
