Hearing Transcript Redaction / 听证笔录删改线

Hearing Transcript Redaction is the pressure storyline for every moment when Storyteller has already produced a hearing, audit, briefing, cross-examination, correction, witness statement, or route ruling — and the next playable question is which transcript row survives for future readers.

The existing mechanism pack already provides 听证笔录删改机制, 听证笔录删改案卷, 笔录删改听证, 笔录删改默认, and Redaction Stenographer. This storyline binds that content into a global route surface rather than leaving it as a character-only or local hearing tool.

Primary playable question

When a spoken line, silence, oath, checksum note, sponsor term, lawful exception, public excerpt, or missing minute will be cited later, does the producer preserve raw transcript, accept lawful redaction, file sponsor clean minutes, mask through editor checksum, publish a public excerpt, split transcript escrow, or proceed without minutes and let default narrators harden the omission?

Every answer must decide:

• which prior hearing or action produced the row;
• which line or silence is at stake;
• who keeps or lacks custody of the row;
• what proof anchor or explicit absence makes the row believable;
• which future reader consumes the transcript state;
• what cost follows the redaction posture.

Why this is the next useful expansion

The current corpus is strong on durable route assets, claimant collision, evidence carryover, recap/feed priority, alibi scope, scar convergence, witness protection, and reader rebuttal. The uncovered seam is narrower: many of those systems generate hearings and dockets, but a future route can still accidentally treat the words produced by a hearing as clean, complete, and universally readable.

This storyline makes transcript custody a management/RPG surface. The player is not reading a full court record. The player is staffing keeper custody, proof anchoring, redaction posture, reader scope, and recovery cost for the lines that later content will cite.

• a broadcast reality drift audit produces a checksum note that Baiya can mask but not publish as raw speech;
• a claimant briefing records a missing speaker and later archive custody tries to cite the silence as consent;
• a fan delegate mandate hearing creates a public excerpt that sponsors want filed as clean minutes;
• a protected witness payroll branch preserves testimony but exposes the keeper;
• a future route consumes old minutes without keeper, proof anchor, or reader scope.

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — A hearing creates future-readable words

A prior route, rite, or event produces a spoken line, an explicit silence, a checksum note, an oath, a refusal, a sponsor term, a lawful exception, or a public excerpt. The line matters only because a future reader can use it.

Beat 2 — The transcript row becomes custody

Create or update 听证笔录删改案卷. The docket must name source hearing, line or silence, speaker or absence, proof anchor or absence, current keeper or absence, requested redaction, at least two transcript readers or one reader plus meaningful absence, and future reader/route.

Beat 3 — Redaction posture is assigned

Run 笔录删改听证. The player chooses one redaction posture and pays for the reader scope:

• preserve raw transcript;
• accept lawful redaction;
• file sponsor clean minutes;
• mask through editor checksum;
• publish public excerpt;
• split transcript escrow;
• proceed without minutes.

Beat 4 — Future reader consumes the transcript state

The branch is complete only when a later route, archive seal, public table, sponsor gate, editor reader, lawful appeal, witness protection route, or broadcast-reality correction reads the transcript state and changes availability or cost.

Beat 5 — Default hardens missing or false minutes

If the transcript is hidden, the keeper is missing, proof anchor is absent without being recorded, clean minutes are misfiled as public truth, public excerpt is treated as lawful admissibility, or a future route consumes minutes as universal proof, 笔录删改默认 fires or is armed.

Character hooks

• Redaction Stenographer can preserve, split, or expose minutes, but becomes keeper burden, witness exposure, or hostile omission witness if left unprotected.
• Han Yanshuang can make lawful redaction playable, but narrows the public reader and raises bureau or appeal cost.
• Baiya can provide checksum masking, but creates source ambiguity and editor debt.
• Yu Lan can publish public excerpts, but raises witness reprisal and sponsor retaliation.
• Shen Luo can buy sponsor clean minutes, but turns transcript relief into contract capture unless a future audit or public addendum is paid.

Missability and recovery

This storyline is missed when a future reader consumes hearing results without a transcript docket, keeper state, proof anchor state, redaction posture, and future-reader effect.

Recovery is allowed only with scar:

• reopen minutes with inspection heat;
• protect 阮尺 as hostile omission witness;
• publish counter-excerpt through Yu Lan;
• checksum correction through Baiya;
• sponsor unwind through Shen Luo;
• lawful exception through Han Yanshuang;
• split transcript escrow and accept future reader collision.
