Contrition Backlash Breach / 悔过反震破口

Contrition Backlash Breach fires when a public statement meant to stabilize harm instead becomes a new breach: the wrong actor signs it, the harmed party is erased, sponsor language hollows it out, an inspector treats it as admission, an editor cuts around the proof, or the fan public rejects the missing clause.

The event is not punishment flavor. It makes bad or captured apology wording mutate broadcast reality, audience stability, faction posture, and future route access.

Firing conditions

Fire or record this event when at least one of the following is true:

  1. 公开悔过账本 is in hollow_apology_backlash, contrition_captured_by_claimant, statement_withheld, or equivalent state;
  2. a public statement aired with limited_regret, no_admission, missing proof, missing harmed party, or a signatory mismatch;
  3. sponsor-safe wording contradicts source proof, public receipt, artist refusal, fan oxygen row, archive seal, witness payroll row, or cutroom checksum;
  4. inspector, fan public, artist, sponsor, editor, archive, or pirate relay can now use the statement as a hostile claim;
  5. the missing statement or captured wording can change future route access, public legitimacy, audience floor, inspection heat, or broadcast reality.

This event is state-triggered and must never fire from a fixed numbered turn.

Breach families

omitted_harm

The statement says regret without naming what happened or who was harmed.

Expected outcomes:

  • public_receipt_distrust +1 or fan_oxygen_resentment +1;
  • audience_stability -1 or audience_churn +1;
  • public receipt or artist-boundary recovery becomes costlier.

Sponsor wording turns contrition into a stop-loss package or private claim over the public version.

Expected outcomes:

  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure -1 may occur immediately;
  • contract_capture +1, contrition_captured_by_claimant, or public_receipt_distrust +1;
  • later public correction requires counterproof, refund, or source release.

The apology makes an admission that inspector/archive/legal actors can use.

Expected outcomes:

  • inspection_heat +1, bureau_favor_debt +1, or archive_debt +1;
  • custody_clarity +1 or archive_fraud -1 may improve;
  • the route becomes safer legally but costlier operationally.

editor_erasure

The edit keeps the statement watchable by removing a person, clause, proof, or contradiction.

Expected outcomes:

  • audience_churn -1 or continuity_hazard -1 may improve;
  • edit_debt +1, reality_drift +1, future_fraud_cost +1, or artist_trust_loss +1;
  • a later source challenge can reopen the statement.

fan_rejection

The fan public rejects the statement because the oxygen row, memorial credit, harmed name, or promised remedy is absent.

Expected outcomes:

  • fan_oxygen_resentment +1, public_receipt_legitimacy -1, or audience_churn +1;
  • a fan refund, public naming, or historian branch becomes demanded;
  • sponsor and inspection pressure may rise together.

artist_refusal_ignored

An artist or witness refusal boundary is overridden by producer, sponsor, archive, or edit custody.

Expected outcomes:

  • artist_trust_loss +1, witness_loyalty_doubt +1, or voice_integrity_risk +1;
  • future artist/witness assignment becomes hostile, blocked, costlier, or recovery-only;
  • public proof may become more legitimate but more dangerous.

silence_default

No one signs or airs a credible statement before another claimant narrates the harm.

Expected outcomes:

  • hollow_apology_backlash, contrition_captured_by_claimant, audience_churn_spiral, or black_screen_slots +1;
  • at least one future apology, public receipt, sponsor settlement, or drift correction becomes costlier or recovery-only.

Output contract

Every breach must record:

  • the statement state before and after;
  • the omitted or captured clause;
  • the backlash actor;
  • at least three counter or durable-state deltas;
  • one future route effect: blocked, costlier, hostile, captured, recovery-only, black-screen, or counterproof-required.

Recovery hooks

A breach can open recovery, but not cleanly erase the scar. Valid recovery hooks include:

  • fan receipt apology after sponsor capture;
  • artist-boundary restatement after refusal erasure;
  • lawful correction after hollow apology;
  • source release after editor erasure;
  • refund or oxygen repair after fan rejection;
  • public rescission after silence default.

Non-goals

  • Not a generic audience mood penalty.
  • Not a forced game-over.
  • Not a random scandal event.
  • Not a fixed-turn escalation.
  • Not a free reset for bad wording; any recovery must preserve statement history and route debt.
