Public Contrition Ledger Lens / 公开悔过账本 Lens

Observable promise

Storyteller must prove that public apology, refusal, correction, sponsor-safe regret, lawful admission, fan receipt, and edited contrition are stateful broadcast objects. A public statement after harm cannot be a free audience heal or flavor line. It must record who speaks, what clause wins, which proof anchors the statement, who is omitted, and how the words mutate future route access.

A pass requires a ledger card, an assignable hearing, at least two incompatible wording claimants, branch divergence, visible relief and cost, and a backlash/default event for hollow, captured, contradicted, erased, or absent contrition.

Scope

This lens covers public wording after:

  • audience floor breach;
  • clean-ending dispute;
  • memorial rights contempt;
  • fan oxygen claim or refund pressure;
  • artist body/voice contradiction or refusal;
  • witness leak or witness reprisal;
  • route-asset seizure or injury;
  • archive enforcement breach;
  • broadcast reality drift;
  • claimant collision;
  • settlement aftershock;
  • blackout scar;
  • production triage default.

It does not cover private negotiation that never becomes public wording.

State-triggered entry oracle

A valid replay or state inspection must open from public harm plus wording contention, not fixed chronology.

Minimum entry evidence:

  1. a public-facing harm surface exists;
  2. at least two claimants demand incompatible wording, silence, proof, or signatory control;
  3. a signatory, speaker, seal, editor, sponsor clause, public witness, or explicit absence can be assigned;
  4. a proof or liability anchor exists or is explicitly absent;
  5. a public statement can still change audience stability, public receipt legitimacy, artist trust, sponsor pressure, inspection heat, broadcast reality, route-asset state, or future assignment cost;
  6. the harm is not already terminally discharged.

Required observable content

Ledger card

公开悔过账本 or equivalent must record:

  • harm surface and harmed party;
  • current public version or explicit absence;
  • claimant/signatory rows;
  • demanded clause family;
  • proof anchor or explicit absence;
  • selected signatory and omitted claimant;
  • statement state before and after;
  • future route effect.

Hearing rite

公开悔过听证 or equivalent must require:

  • ledger;
  • harm surface;
  • selected signatory or explicit absence;
  • selected clause family;
  • proof anchor or explicit absence;
  • omitted claimant;
  • broadcast surface, public feed, archive record, fan queue, pirate relay, or explicit delay.

The rite cannot pass with a generic apology action or a single dialogue flag. It must bind words to signatory, proof, omission, deltas, and route effect.

Backlash event

悔过反震破口 or equivalent must fire, resolve, or be recorded when:

  • harmed party is omitted;
  • sponsor captures wording;
  • legal admission creates operational debt;
  • editor erases proof or name;
  • fan public rejects missing remedy;
  • artist refusal is ignored;
  • source proof contradicts aired contrition;
  • no credible statement airs before another claimant narrates first.

Required durable states

A satisfying implementation must expose durable states equivalent to at least eight of:

  • contrition_unopened
  • apology_demanded
  • statement_drafted
  • artist_boundary_signed
  • sponsor_sanitized_text
  • inspector_admission_sealed
  • editor_cut_contrition
  • fan_receipt_attached
  • public_contrition_live
  • statement_withheld

Branch divergence oracle

Branch A — Artist or witness boundary

Expected evidence:

  • harmed artist, witness, refusal proof, or public historian signs or anchors the statement;
  • named harm, refusal boundary, accepted fault, or source release clause appears;
  • artist trust, consent integrity, public receipt legitimacy, or fan oxygen balance improves;
  • sponsor pressure, inspection heat, witness exposure, route-asset pressure, or retaliation risk rises;
  • sponsor-clean wording becomes contested or costlier.

Branch B — Sponsor-sanitized regret

Expected evidence:

  • sponsor, manager, settlement language, stop-loss clause, or branded remedy controls wording;
  • immediate sponsor, budget, slot, or schedule pressure may improve;
  • contract capture, public distrust, artist trust loss, fan oxygen resentment, or future correction cost rises;
  • backlash is armed if harmed party/proof is omitted.

Branch C — Inspector-sealed admission

Expected evidence:

  • inspector, white-glove, archive seal, lawful service, or admissible proof anchors the statement;
  • fraud, drift, custody gap, or public uncertainty improves;
  • inspection heat, legal liability, bureau favor debt, sponsor pressure, or schedule pressure rises;
  • later sponsor/editor cleanup cannot erase admission without drift debt.

Branch D — Editor-cut contrition

Expected evidence:

  • editor, cutroom, black-box handler, checksum, redaction, alias, or safe cut is assigned;
  • audience churn, continuity hazard, or slot legibility improves;
  • edit debt, source ambiguity, reality drift, public receipt distrust, or future fraud cost rises;
  • later source release can challenge the edited statement.

Branch E — Fan receipt apology

Expected evidence:

  • fan oxygen row, memorial credit, refund promise, public queue proof, historian witness, or pirate relay anchors the apology;
  • fan oxygen balance, public receipt legitimacy, audience stability, or public grief stability improves;
  • sponsor pressure, inspection heat, oxygen debt, fan oxygen liability, or public queue capture risk rises;
  • future fan public can audit promised remedy.

Branch F — Hollow, delayed, captured, or absent statement

Expected evidence:

  • no credible speaker/proof/clause is assigned, or one claimant narrates first;
  • hollow_apology_backlash, contrition_captured_by_claimant, audience_churn_spiral, or equivalent appears;
  • 悔过反震破口 fires or is recorded;
  • future public receipt, audience floor, artist/witness route, sponsor settlement, drift correction, or schedule recovery becomes blocked, costlier, hostile, captured, black-screen, or recovery-only.

Oracle assertions

A binding check should fail unless all assertions below are true.

  1. Primary links exist — lens has populated observes and observed_through arrays pointing to concrete Storyteller pages.
  2. Entry is state-triggered — public contrition opens from live harm plus wording contention, not a fixed turn count.
  3. At least two wording claimants exist — one speaker with no omitted claimant is insufficient.
  4. Statement slots are explicit — signatory, clause, proof anchor, omitted claimant, and broadcast surface are all recorded.
  5. Proof absence is meaningful — missing proof can pass only if it creates backlash, capture, distrust, legal risk, or future correction cost.
  6. Success is not free — any branch that improves audience, artist, fan, sponsor, drift, or custody state must raise another cost.
  7. Bad statement mutates future play — hollow, captured, edited, contradicted, or absent contrition creates durable state and future route effect.
  8. Artist/fan/sponsor/inspector/editor outcomes are non-equivalent — each posture must produce distinct relief, cost, and route consequence.
  9. No generic apology fallback — a generic apology action cannot satisfy the lens without ledger fields and deltas.
  10. Replay provenance exists — passing evidence includes seed/session id, harm surface, claimant rows, offered card/rite, selected branch, statement before/after, event emission where relevant, counter deltas, and future route effects.
