Lan Qiao Shift-End Default / 蓝桥班次结束默认

This default resolves when choice 7, let_shift_end_and_scrub_transfer_list, arms the event and the review completes. The off-station desk closes before subject acknowledgement or receiving custody is recorded. The transfer list is scrubbed, the actual Lan Qiao card is removed, and later play becomes recovery-only.

The event does not replace the review’s hostile branch. suppress_and_scapegoat_lan_qiao produces hostile_transfer_witness; the shift-end branch produces shift_ended_missed and recovery-only evidence.

Recovery rule

Recovery must reopen a concrete scar: the scrubbed transfer list, original schedule, terminal access log, handoff fragment, receiving-desk ledger, subject acknowledgement or refusal, company claim, or Lan Qiao’s hostile countertestimony.

The default cannot decide Li Deng personhood, grant voice consent, operate K-404 protocol, author Huo Qian testimony, validate Shen Mansheng custody, grant station access, restore Lan Qiao cleanly, or substitute Lin Qiao / 林乔 for Lan Qiao / 蓝桥.
