Observable promise

Storyteller must make post-hearing transcript survival playable. When a hearing creates a line that future systems can read, the game must expose a transcript row, a keeper or explicit absence, proof anchor or explicit absence, redaction posture, 阮尺 state, future reader effect, and durable cost.

The lens is satisfied only when 阮尺 can be recruited, missed, captured, or made hostile through state-based transcript pressure, and when future routes consume the transcript state rather than treating minutes as flavor.

Scope

This lens covers:

• source hearings that produce future-readable lines, refusals, oaths, notices, checksum notes, sponsor terms, public excerpts, or explicit silence;
• transcript readers including inspector/archive, sponsor, editor, public historian, fan delegate, pirate relay, witness protection, artist boundary, and broadcast-reality reader;
• redaction postures: raw preservation, lawful redaction, sponsor clean minutes, editor checksum mask, public excerpt, split escrow, and missing-minutes/default;
• 阮尺 states as route asset, lawful clerk, public excerpt witness, checksum scribe, split escrow scribe, captured minutes, frightened missing keeper, hostile omission witness, missed route, or explicit absence;
• future-reader effects: broad reader with cost, lawful-only, public-only, sponsor-captured, editor-required, split-canon, appeal, audit, contradiction, blocked, hostile, or recovery-only.

This lens does not cover the hearing’s original verdict. It covers what happens to the transcript after the verdict is spoken.

A valid replay or game-state inspection must open the surface from state, not from a fixed sequence. Minimum entry evidence:

Assignable rite

Default event

笔录删改默认 or equivalent event must fire or be armed when:

• the future reader consumes a hearing result without transcript row;

• outcome sets sponsor_clean_minutes, sponsor_captured_minutes, or equivalent;
• immediate sponsor, slot, or budget pressure improves;
• contract capture, public distrust, future fraud cost, or hostile omission risk worsens.

Branch D — Editor checksum mask

Expected evidence:

• editor/Baiya/checksum/source safety handler or proof is selected;
• outcome sets editor_checksum_mask, editor_checksum_scribe, or equivalent;
• continuity, source safety, or voice integrity improves;
• edit debt, source ambiguity, public blockage, or contradiction pending worsens.

Branch E — Public excerpt

Expected evidence:

• Yu Lan, public historian, fan delegate, pirate relay, audience signature, or equivalent public carrier is selected;
• outcome sets public_excerpt, public_excerpt_witness, public_only, or equivalent;
• private capture is blocked or public legitimacy improves;
• witness exposure, inspection heat, sponsor retaliation, or lawful appeal worsens.

Branch F — Split transcript escrow

Expected evidence:

• at least two transcript readers remain scoped;
• outcome sets split_transcript_escrow, split_transcript_escrow_scribe, split_canon, or equivalent;
• immediate route or contradiction pressure improves;
• handler burden, reader collision, source ambiguity, or future recovery cost worsens.

Branch G — Missing or hostile default

Expected evidence:

• no credible keeper, no proof anchor, blank absence, false-clean filing, misfiled excerpt, captured minutes, or suppression is recorded;
• outcome sets missing_minutes, false_clean_transcript, hostile_omission, missed_transcript_route, frightened_missing_keeper, recovery_only, or equivalent;

Oracle assertions

A binding check should fail unless all assertions below are true.

1. Primary links exist — observes and observed_through point to concrete Storyteller pages.
2. Entry is state-triggered — the surface opens from source hearing plus future reader pressure, not from a fixed turn/day/week/chapter/count trigger.
3. Transcript row exists — the docket records source hearing, line/silence, speaker/absence, proof/absence, keeper/absence, readers, redaction posture, future reader, and risk.
4. 阮尺 state is visible — the character can be unseen, offered, protected, recruited, captured, frightened, hostile, missed, or explicitly absent.
5. Assignment slots exist — the rite requires docket, line/silence, keeper/absence, proof/absence, future reader, and redaction posture.
6. At least five branch families are playable — raw/recruit, lawful redaction, sponsor clean, editor mask, public excerpt, split escrow, or default must not collapse into one result.
7. Every success has cost — any branch that improves transcript integrity, legal safety, sponsor relief, source safety, public legitimacy, or contradiction containment must worsen another surface.

9. Checksum is not raw text — editor checksum mask cannot be consumed as a full public transcript.
10. Public excerpt is not admissibility — public excerpts cannot satisfy lawful readers without appeal, audit, or redaction cost.
11. Absence is explicit — missing keeper/proof/speaker must be recorded as absence and consumed by future readers.
12. Failure is durable — missing, false-clean, hostile, or captured transcript states alter future route access, counters, tags, events, or recovery cost.
13. Replay provenance exists — passing evidence includes session id, seed, entry state, offered choices, assignments, branch results, 阮尺 state before/after, transcript state before/after, events, future reader effect, and counter deltas.
