阮尺 / Redaction Stenographer

阮尺 is a low-rank hearing stenographer who works where Storyteller’s spoken truth becomes official record. She is not an inspector, judge, sponsor agent, editor, or public historian. Her power is narrower: she can keep the raw line, mark a redaction as real, or prove later that a clean transcript was never clean.

She exists to make 听证笔录删改机制 playable as a person. When protected, she can become a route asset who preserves raw minutes through later archive, sponsor, editor, and public-reader pressure. When missed, captured, or frightened, future hearings inherit missing minutes, false-clean transcript, or hostile omission.

Her full progression lives in 阮尺删改速记员线 and is tested by 阮尺删改速记员 Lens.

Gameplay role

阮尺 is a recruitable route-asset NPC for the seam after a hearing resolves and before its words become reusable evidence.

  • Recruitable: if the player protects her raw notes, proof anchor, and speaker boundary from sponsor clean minutes, unlawful inspector seizure, editor over-masking, or public overexposure, she becomes route_asset.ruan_chi_raw_minutes_keeper.
  • Missable: if the first future reader consumes a hearing result without a transcript row, she remains explicit_absent_stenographer, and missing minutes become durable scar.
  • Capturable: if sponsor or management owns her minute book, she can file sponsor_clean_minutes that lower immediate pressure while poisoning later public or lawful use.
  • Dangerous when hostile: if blamed for a missing line or exposed speaker, she can testify that the producer knowingly let a clean transcript erase a dangerous oath.

Entry hooks

阮尺 should enter through state pressure, not a fixed sequence position. Valid entry examples:

  • a hearing result from 纪念空气链质询线 will be cited later, but its raw words lack a keeper;
  • a 播出实在漂移审计 branch needs to prove which contradictory line was actually spoken;
  • 认领告知顺序线 creates notice terms that a future claimant can contest;
  • sponsor clean wording tries to turn a volatile oath into safe minutes;
  • editor checksum protects a source line but blocks public reading;
  • public historian or fan delegate needs an excerpt without exposing the whole witness.

Costs

A useful 阮尺 branch must always price transcript survival:

  • transcript_integrity
  • transcript_redaction_pressure
  • archive_signature_legitimacy
  • source_ambiguity
  • voice_integrity
  • public_receipt_legitimacy
  • public_receipt_distrust
  • witness_exposure
  • witness_reprisal_risk
  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure
  • contract_capture
  • inspection_heat
  • edit_debt
  • keeper_burden
  • future_recovery_cost

Relationships

  • Han Yanshuang can make 阮尺’s redaction lawful but can also narrow the transcript into lawful-only use.
  • Shen Luo can protect the budget by cleaning minutes, but risks sponsor capture and public distrust.
  • Baiya can checksum a dangerous line without exposing it, but source ambiguity and edit debt rise.
  • Yu Lan can publicize an excerpt and block private capture, but witness exposure and sponsor retaliation rise.

Non-goals

  • Not a universal archive clerk.
  • Not a court authority.
  • Not a clean witness-protection button.
  • Not a fixed-turn encounter.
  • Not valid unless her state changes whether future readers can cite, contest, redact, or recover the transcript line.
