Hearing Transcript Redaction Docket / 听证笔录删改案卷

Hearing Transcript Redaction Docket is the card that stores one contested transcript row after a hearing, audit, briefing, cross-examination, or correction action has produced words that future readers will consume.

It is the playable memory object for 听证笔录删改机制 and the primary route-asset hook for Redaction Stenographer.

Card promise

A hearing result is not reusable until its transcript row names what was spoken, who keeps it, what has been redacted, and which future reader can cite it.

The docket must never turn redaction into flavor. Missing lines, lawful redactions, sponsor clean minutes, editor masks, public excerpts, and split copies all become future-readable states.

Playable slots

The card has six assignment slots:

1. Source hearing — the prior action that produced the spoken line.
2. Line or silence — the exact line, refusal, oath, checksum note, sponsor term, public excerpt, or explicit silence.
3. Speaker or absence — the person/body/relay/reader whose words are at stake.
4. Proof anchor or absence — why later readers believe the transcript row.
5. Keeper/redactor — 阮尺 or another handler, or explicit absence.
6. Future reader — the route, faction, system, or event that will consume the transcript state.

A valid use must fill each slot or deliberately record explicit absence. Blank slots are failure evidence, not optional detail.

Mutation contract

When this card resolves or mutates, it must record:
