Memorial Rights Contempt / 追悼权藐视
Memorial Rights Contempt is the local failure-state mechanic for a memorial, tribute, last-air edit, final voice, or public vigil that keeps a broadcast stable while breaking custody, refusal, or public proof.
It closes the gap between 观众稳定性下限, 呼吸索赔交易所, Archive Custody, and 纪念物临时牌照草案. Those systems can already price attention, oxygen, custody, and legal body. This mechanic defines when those prices contradict each other hard enough that the memorial itself becomes contempt of broadcast reality.
It is not a court system, not a generic morality meter, and not a new global law. It exists only when a memorial-facing broadcast object is used as an operating solution while at least one required right is missing, disputed, bought, violated, or publicly contradicted.
Playable question
When a memorial is the only thing keeping the audience, sponsor, archive, or fan public from breaking the slot, who is allowed to name the dead, absent, silenced, or separated voice — and what failure state forms when the production uses that name without rights?
A satisfying implementation must make the answer playable through assignment, claimants, counters, route assets, and miss/failure states. A memorial cannot be only an emotional cutscene.
State-triggered entry
Offer this mechanic only from live state pressure. It never opens from a fixed numbered trigger.
All of the following should be true, or explicitly recorded as absent/failing:
- A memorial-facing object is active, contested, or about to be aired: 艺人拒忆回执, 纪念物临时牌照草案, Memorial Custody Cards, 未归档黑箱残片, Voice Receipt, fan oxygen ledger, public receipt, or last-air edit.
- Audience or claim pressure is live:
audience_stability,audience_churn,public_grief_stability,fan_oxygen_resentment,sponsor_stop_loss_pressure,inspection_heat,archive_signature_legitimacy,black_box_edit_debt, orpirate_loop_exposureis unresolved. - At least two claimant factions can contest the memorial: artist/refusal holder, fan public, archive bureau, inspector authority, sponsor desk, editor custody, pirate relay, audience witness chain, or schedule board.
- At least one right is unstable:
memorial_stage_right,voice_usage_right,fan_liturgy_right,archive_signature_right,sponsor_naming_right,suppression_right, orartist_refusal_right.
Memorial rights row
A replay-visible memorial rights row should contain at least these fields.
| Field | Meaning | Examples |
|---|---|---|
memorial_object | What grief/proof/voice object is being used. | refusal receipt, temporary license draft, memorial air copy, black-box fragment, public vigil proof, voice/body receipt |
claimant_factions | Who says they can authorize or block the memorial. | fan public, archive, inspector, sponsor, artist, editor, pirate relay |
public_reason | Why the broadcast needs the memorial now. | floor breach, oxygen claim, sponsor reassurance, custody proof, final-air promise, public grief stabilization |
right_at_risk | Which right is unresolved or violated. | stage, voice, archive signature, refusal, naming, fan liturgy, suppression |
assigned_actor | Who carries the action or explicit no-show. | 韩砚霜, 沈洛, 郁蓝, 白鸦, 艾笙, Mira, sponsor counsel, archive clerk, no credible handler |
settlement_posture | What the player attempts. | share, license, injunct, publish, sell, bridge, suppress, falsify, delay |
durable_result | What remains after resolution. | shared public memorial, archive grief injunction, sponsor memorial capture, fan vigil contempt, false memorial owner, broadcast reality contempt |
Core states
| State | Meaning | Required playable consequence |
|---|---|---|
memorial_rights_pending | A memorial object needs rights before it can safely stabilize broadcast reality. | The player may license, publish, injunct, bridge, sell, delay, or suppress. |
shared_public_memorial | Archive proof, public grief, and refusal/consent are legible enough to air. | Public stability improves; sponsor, inspection, schedule, or proof cost remains. |
refusal_first_delay | The player protects refusal or consent by delaying the memorial. | Artist/refusal integrity improves; audience, sponsor, fan, or schedule pressure worsens. |
archive_grief_injunction | Archive or inspector authority freezes memorial use until custody is legible. | Signature legitimacy improves; public grief, fan oxygen, sponsor, or slot pressure worsens. |
sponsor_memorial_capture | Sponsor money or naming rights stabilizes the memorial by owning it. | Immediate pressure may fall; contract capture, distrust, or false-owner pressure rises. |
fan_vigil_contempt | Fan or pirate public keeps the memorial alive without formal permission. | Audience grief may stabilize; inspection, pirate, sponsor, or custody risk rises. |
artist_refusal_violation | The memorial uses a body, voice, name, or memory against refusal. | Short-term broadcast value may rise; refusal integrity and public legitimacy are damaged. |
false_memorial_owner | A wrong claimant hardens as owner of the memorial right. | Future recovery needs counter-receipt, injunction, public witness, or route-asset rescue. |
broadcast_reality_contempt | The aired memorial contradicts custody/public proof badly enough to become a failure state. | Later broadcast, archive, sponsor, fan, or character route options become harder, blocked, or hostile. |
Branch families
Branch A — Shared public memorial
The player aligns a memorial object with both a proof chain and a public explanation.
Expected effects:
- set
shared_public_memorialormemorial_rights_licensed_publicly; - improve
public_grief_stability,public_receipt_legitimacy,archive_signature_legitimacy, oraudience_stability; - increase or spend
inspection_heat,sponsor_stop_loss_pressure,black_box_edit_debt,schedule_slots_occupied, proof exhaustion, or fan oxygen refund debt.
Branch B — Refusal-first delay
The player protects an artist refusal, memory refusal, voice/body boundary, or living survivor before airing the memorial.
Expected effects:
- set
refusal_first_delay,artist_refusal_respected, orprotected_private_memory; - improve
artist_refusal_respected,mira_consent_integrity,voice_integrity, orartist_trust; - worsen
audience_churn,fan_oxygen_resentment,sponsor_stop_loss_pressure,schedule_pressure, orpublic_grief_stability.
Branch C — Archive grief injunction
The player assigns archive or inspector authority to freeze memorial use until custody is legible.
Expected effects:
- set
archive_grief_injunctionorclaim_payment_frozen_for_memorial_rights; - improve
archive_signature_legitimacy,custody_gap, orreceipt_legitimacy; - worsen
audience_churn,fan_oxygen_resentment,sponsor_stop_loss_pressure,inspection_heat, orschedule_slots_occupied.
Branch D — Sponsor memorial capture
The player accepts sponsor money, naming rights, clean packaging, or a branded grief patch.
Expected effects:
- set
sponsor_memorial_capture,sponsor_named_grief, orprivate_capture; - reduce
sponsor_stop_loss_pressure,broadcast_floor_breach, oraudience_churnimmediately; - increase
contract_capture,public_receipt_distrust,false_memorial_owner,archive_fraud,artist_refusal_violation, or future fan hostility.
Branch E — Fan vigil / pirate bridge
The player lets fan oxygen, unauthorized history, pirate relay, or public vigil carry the memorial despite formal resistance.
Expected effects:
- set
fan_vigil_contempt,pirate_memorial_bridge, orpublic_vigil_route_asset; - improve
public_grief_stability,fan_oxygen_balance,audience_stability, or route-asset pressure; - increase
inspection_heat,pirate_loop_exposure,sponsor_stop_loss_pressure,relay_custody_risk, orblack_box_edit_debt.
Branch F — Suppressed or false memorial
The player hides the contradiction, airs a clean false ending, uses a separated voice as if the body were present, or lets a wrong claimant own the memorial.
Expected effects:
- set
artist_refusal_violation,false_memorial_owner,suppressed_memorial_right, orbroadcast_reality_contempt; - one immediate pressure may pause;
public_receipt_distrust,archive_debt,archive_fraud,artist_trust_loss,fan_oxygen_resentment,audience_churn, or hostile witness pressure worsens.
Counter contract
Every memorial rights resolution must change at least three relevant counters or durable states. At least one movement must be visible relief. At least one movement must be visible cost.
Primary counter families:
- memorial/public:
memorial_rights_legitimacy,public_grief_stability,public_receipt_legitimacy,public_receipt_distrust; - artist/refusal:
artist_refusal_respected,mira_consent_integrity,voice_integrity,voice_integrity_risk,artist_trust_loss; - archive/custody:
archive_signature_legitimacy,custody_gap,archive_debt,archive_fraud,false_memorial_owner; - audience/fan:
audience_stability,audience_churn,fan_oxygen_balance,fan_oxygen_resentment; - sponsor/pressure:
sponsor_stop_loss_pressure,sponsor_escrow_debt,contract_capture,inspection_heat,black_box_edit_debt,pirate_loop_exposure,relay_custody_risk.
Assignment contract
A satisfying memorial rights action must record:
- one memorial object;
- at least two claimant factions;
- one unstable right;
- one assigned actor or explicit no-show;
- one settlement posture;
- before/after counters;
- a durable result state;
- at least one follow-up pressure that remains available to later routes.
Missability and recovery
The mechanic is missable when the player repeatedly stabilizes audience grief without proving memorial rights, lets sponsor naming harden into the owner, suppresses fan vigil receipts, violates an artist refusal without counter-proof, or ignores archive injunction until a wrong owner becomes durable.
Recovery is allowed only by paying a new cost through at least one of:
- public counter-receipt with sponsor or inspector backlash;
- delayed refusal protection with audience or fan oxygen damage;
- archive injunction with slot and schedule cost;
- fan vigil route asset with pirate/inspection exposure;
- sponsor unwind with contract debt;
- hostile witness or false-owner recovery.
Non-goals
- Not a generic legal system.
- Not a fixed numbered trigger.
- Not a global grief meter.
- Not a clean memorial permission slip.
- Not an ending-only consequence.
- Not a way to clear audience stability, archive custody, memorial rights, sponsor pressure, fan oxygen, and refusal with one assignment.
