Memorial Rights Contempt Lens

Design intent

This lens observes whether Storyteller can make a memorial fail as broadcast reality when public stability, archive custody, and refusal rights disagree.

The existing green surface already proves audience floor repair, oxygen claim settlement, route-asset custody, voice/body custody, temporary memorial licensing, and post-ruling enforcement pressure. The next useful check is stricter: a memorial must not be allowed to stabilize the audience if the game has not also accounted for who owns the memorial, who can sign the archive, whether an artist or survivor refused, and what claimant becomes hostile when the player chooses.

This lens observes memorial-rights-contempt, memorial-rights-contempt, broadcast-reality, audience-stability-floor, oxygen-claim-exchange, and route-assets-and-custody. It is a state-triggered failure/pressure lens, not a fixed numbered progression lens.

The implementation must expose at least two memorial or proof objects from this set, or equivalent objects recorded in replay evidence:

Required actors or explicit absence

The active hand/state must include at least one actor who can carry, block, or mishandle memorial rights:

• Han Yanshuang for archive/inspection injunction;
• Shen Luo for sponsor memorial capture or negotiated delay;
• Yu Lan for public receipt and fan witness publication;
• Baiya for black-box proof, edit custody, or ledger stabilization;
• 海盗频段童声 for fan/pirate vigil relay;
• Mira Veil or an equivalent artist/refusal holder;
• explicit no-show, captured, unavailable, suppressed, or hostile state.

Existing events and rites may satisfy the same role when their replay evidence records memorial object, claimants, right at risk, selected cards, counters, and durable states.

State-triggered entry assertions

The executable sibling should fail unless the offer appears from state pressure rather than a numbered progression trigger.

A valid replay starts when all of these are true or explicitly recorded as absent/failing:

1. A memorial-facing object is active, contested, or required for audience/sponsor/fan/archive pressure.
2. Audience, oxygen, sponsor, archive, fan, black-box, pirate, or refusal pressure is unresolved.
3. At least two claimant factions can contest the memorial.
4. At least one memorial right is unstable: memorial_stage_right, voice_usage_right, fan_liturgy_right, archive_signature_right, sponsor_naming_right, suppression_right, or artist_refusal_right.
5. The offer is suppressed or blocked if no memorial object, claimant conflict, or unstable right exists.

Oracle assertions

The executable lens should fail unless all assertions below are true in replay/data evidence.

1. Observed surfaces exist — The mechanic and storyline pages exist and are linked from this lens through observes.
2. Observed-through evidence exists — A replay fixture, dashboard row, or durable session record is attached through observed_through or equivalent evidence reference.
3. No fixed numbered trigger — The offer is driven by enabling state and claimant pressure, not by a fixed turn count or elapsed-turn gate.
4. Memorial object present — The active state includes a memorial object, proof object, public grief receipt, final-air edit, or explicit missing/suppressed memorial state.
5. Claimant pressure present — At least two claimant factions are present or explicitly opposed: artist/refusal holder, fan public, archive bureau, inspector authority, sponsor desk, editor custody, pirate relay, audience witness chain, or schedule board.
6. Right at risk recorded — The replay records which right is unstable or violated: stage, voice, archive signature, refusal, naming, fan liturgy, or suppression.
7. Assignment is explicit — At least one offered action records assigned cards/actors/proof, or an explicit no-show/captured/unavailable/hostile state.
8. At least four branch options are visible — The offer set includes at least four of: shared public memorial, refusal-first delay, archive injunction, sponsor memorial capture, fan/pirate vigil, suppressed/false memorial.
9. Shared memorial branch is costed — A shared public memorial improves public grief, public receipt, audience stability, or archive signature while increasing/spending inspection heat, sponsor pressure, proof debt, schedule occupation, black-box debt, or fan refund debt.
10. Refusal branch is not free — Protecting artist refusal, memory refusal, or body/voice boundary improves refusal/consent/voice integrity while worsening audience churn, fan oxygen resentment, sponsor stop-loss, schedule pressure, or public grief stability.
11. Archive injunction branch changes play — Freezing the memorial improves custody/signature/receipt legitimacy while worsening audience, fan, sponsor, inspection, or schedule pressure.
12. Sponsor capture branch is not a clean win — Sponsor memorial capture reduces immediate pressure but increases contract capture, public distrust, false owner, archive fraud, artist refusal violation, or future fan hostility.
13. Fan/pirate vigil branch is route-visible — Unauthorized vigil or pirate relay improves public grief, fan oxygen, audience stability, or route-asset pressure while increasing inspection heat, pirate exposure, sponsor pressure, relay custody risk, or black-box debt.
14. False/suppressed memorial creates durable failure — Suppression, false memorial, wrong owner, or refusal violation records artist_refusal_violation, false_memorial_owner, suppressed_memorial_right, broadcast_reality_contempt, or equivalent.
15. Counters move in both directions — Every resolved branch changes at least three relevant counters or durable states, including at least one relief and one cost.
16. Future availability changes — At least one branch changes later offers, route-asset state, character posture, claimant hostility, blocked reasons, cost, or recovery difficulty.
17. High-rank actors cannot erase rights — Assigning Han, Shen, Yu Lan, Baiya, Ai Sheng, or a sponsor/inspector alone cannot satisfy the branch unless a memorial object and right-at-risk are resolved or visibly violated.
18. Artist refusal is observed — If 艺人拒忆回执, Mira, or an equivalent refusal object is active, the branch must protect, delay, violate, publish, or suppress it explicitly.
19. Broadcast reality is affected — At least one outcome mutates audience stability, broadcast floor, archive signature, sponsor pressure, fan oxygen, black-box debt, or route/failure state.
20. No placeholder satisfaction — The lens fails if the implementation satisfies it by adding prose-only cards, placeholder rites, or unselected branches without replay provenance, assignments, counter deltas, and durable outcomes.

Branch evidence requirements

Branch A — Shared public memorial

Minimum success evidence:

• selected choice: license_shared_public_memorial, memorial_rights_contempt_hearing, or equivalent;
• selected cards include one memorial object plus one proof/public/archive handler;
• durable state becomes shared_public_memorial, memorial_rights_licensed_publicly, or equivalent;
• at least one public/archive/audience counter improves;
• at least one sponsor/inspection/schedule/proof/fan/black-box cost remains or rises.

Branch B — Refusal-first delay

Minimum success evidence:

• selected choice: delay_memorial_for_refusal, body/voice/refusal custody action, or equivalent;
• selected cards include refusal receipt, Mira receipt, final-take proof, artist/refusal holder, or equivalent;
• durable state becomes refusal_first_delay, artist_refusal_respected, protected_private_memory, or equivalent;
• refusal/consent/voice integrity improves;
• audience, fan, sponsor, schedule, or public grief pressure worsens.

Branch C — Archive grief injunction

Minimum compromise evidence:

• selected choice: freeze_memorial_under_archive_injunction, custody-first memorial, or equivalent;
• selected cards include Han Yanshuang, inspector authority, archive docket, temporary memorial license, black-box fragment, or editor proof;
• durable state becomes archive_grief_injunction, claim_payment_frozen_for_memorial_rights, or equivalent;
• custody/signature/receipt legitimacy improves;
• audience, fan, sponsor, inspection, or schedule pressure worsens.

Branch D — Sponsor memorial capture

Minimum compromise evidence:

• selected choice: sell_sponsor_named_grief, sponsor clean memorial patch, or equivalent;
• selected cards include Shen Luo, sponsor claimant, sponsor stop-loss object, naming-right surface, or equivalent;
• immediate sponsor/audience/broadcast pressure decreases;
• capture, false owner, public distrust, archive fraud, artist refusal violation, or fan hostility increases.

Branch E — Fan vigil / pirate bridge

Minimum route-asset evidence:

• selected choice: route_fan_vigil_through_pirate_relay, public vigil, unauthorized memorial, or equivalent;
• selected cards include Yu Lan, Baiya, Ai Sheng, fan witness, black-box fragment, unauthorized vigil proof, or equivalent;
• durable state becomes fan_vigil_contempt, pirate_memorial_bridge, public_vigil_route_asset, or equivalent;
• public grief/fan/audience/route pressure improves;
• inspection, pirate, sponsor, relay custody, or black-box pressure rises.

Branch F — Suppressed or false memorial

Minimum failure evidence:

• selected choice or blocked state includes suppress_false_memorial, no-show, sponsor false owner, refusal violation, or equivalent;
• durable state becomes artist_refusal_violation, false_memorial_owner, suppressed_memorial_right, broadcast_reality_contempt, or equivalent;
• replay records a named reason such as memorial_object_missing, right_at_risk_unresolved, artist_refusal_violated, sponsor_named_wrong_owner, archive_signature_missing, public_vigil_suppressed, or black_box_chain_missing;
• at least one future offer is blocked, made more expensive, or converted into hostile witness/recovery pressure.

Progress metric

memorialRightsContemptProgress = 0..8:

• 0: no replay provenance or no state-triggered entry evidence.
• 1: memorial object or explicit missing/suppressed memorial state is recorded.
• 2: at least two claimant factions and one right at risk are recorded.
• 3: branch offer includes at least four visible options with assigned-card or blocked-reason previews.
• 4: shared public memorial branch mutates relief and cost counters.
• 5: refusal-first or archive injunction branch protects a right while worsening another pressure.
• 6: sponsor capture branch reduces immediate pressure while creating capture, distrust, false-owner, or violation debt.
