Faction Commitment Hearing / 派系承诺听证
Faction Commitment Hearing is an assignable management rite for forcing non-player factions to name what they are spending on a contested route surface.
It is used when the player can no longer treat sponsor, fan, inspector, archive, editor, or pirate pressure as abstract weather. Each faction must enter the hearing with a concrete commitment, demanded control, and a cost that remains visible after the player chooses.
Entry condition
Offer this rite when the state contains:
- 派系承诺账本 or an equivalent commitment surface;
- a contested asset, ledger, docket, public receipt, oxygen row, settlement aftershock, archive order, voice/body proof, memorial right, or cutroom contradiction;
- at least two faction claimant rows, or one declared faction commitment with a second faction able to counter;
- one available handler, route asset, witness, proof object, or explicit absence state;
- a future route or pressure surface that can change after the hearing.
This rite must be opened by live commitment state, not by a fixed numbered turn.
Slots
| Slot | Accepts | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Ledger | 派系承诺账本, claimant docket, settlement aftershock ledger, oxygen claim, archive enforcement docket, audience index, or equivalent | Names the contested surface and existing commitments. |
| Primary claimant | Sponsor desk, inspector, fan public, archive, editor, pirate relay, artist boundary, management desk, or explicit no-show | Names the faction being accepted, countered, frozen, baited, or rejected. |
| Counterweight | Public receipt, audit seal, fan queue, edit checksum, archive copy, witness, route asset, sponsor clause, pirate relay, or explicit absence | Prevents clean universal commitment acceptance. |
| Handler | Shen Luo, Orion Breath, Yu Lan, Han Yanshuang, Baiya, Inspector Rhee, editor/black-box, fan coordinator, archive clerk, or explicit no-handler | Determines whose institution frames the hearing. |
| Price or bridge | money, escrow, oxygen refund, lien, public apology, safehouse, edit hours, custody seal, route-asset exposure, schedule scar, or explicit no-price failure | Makes acceptance, split, freeze, or overcommitment costed. |
Branches
Branch A — Accept one faction commitment
The player accepts one faction’s concrete offer and lets it shape the disputed surface.
Expected result:
- ledger state becomes
commitment_accepted,sponsor_escrow_accepted,inspector_lien_accepted,fan_commitment_accepted,editor_hold_accepted, or equivalent; - one immediate pressure improves;
- at least one rival faction posture, public legitimacy value, route cost, or custody risk worsens.
Branch B — Split commitment between factions
The player divides proof, payment, custody, publication, or future route use between two incompatible claimants.
Expected result:
- ledger state becomes
commitment_splitor equivalent; - a collapse, breach, or stop-loss pressure may improve;
archive_debt,public_receipt_distrust,fan_oxygen_resentment,contract_capture, orfuture_fraud_costrises;- a later recovery or aftershock review remains possible.
Branch C — Freeze commitment under proof or quarantine
The player refuses immediate payout and freezes the contested surface until proof, audit, edit checksum, or quarantine resolves the contradiction.
Expected result:
- ledger state becomes
commitment_frozen,audit_freeze,proof_hold, or equivalent; - fraud, drift, false owner, or custody gap may improve;
- schedule pressure, audience churn, fan resentment, sponsor pressure, or bureau favor debt rises.
Branch D — Public countercommitment
The player uses Yu Lan, fan oxygen, public receipt, pirate relay, or witness proof to counter a private sponsor/archive/editor commitment.
Expected result:
- ledger state becomes
counter_commitment_open,public_counterfunded,fan_queue_committed, or equivalent; - public receipt legitimacy, fan oxygen balance, or audience stability improves;
- sponsor stop-loss, inspection heat, witness retaliation risk, or pirate exposure rises.
Branch E — Bait overcommitment
The player deliberately lets a faction spend leverage into a contested surface and then exposes a counterproof, incompatible promise, or route asset that makes the spend excessive.
Expected result:
- ledger state becomes
faction_overcommitted,faction_exhausted, or equivalent; - 派系过度承诺破口 fires or is recorded;
- the overcommitted faction loses future clean pressure, becomes hostile, or must form a coalition;
- at least three counters or durable states change.
Branch F — No credible hearing
The player lacks ledger, handler, proof, counterweight, or price; hides the surface; or lets one faction narrate commitment first.
Expected result:
- ledger state becomes
silent_capture,faction_hostile,coalition_formed,commitment_default, or equivalent; - one faction’s control hardens;
- future route access becomes blocked, costlier, captured, hostile, or recovery-only.
Resolution contract
Every resolution must record:
- the ledger assigned;
- the primary claimant and its commitment type;
- the counterweight or explicit absence;
- the handler or explicit absence;
- the price/bridge or explicit absence;
- one relief movement;
- one cost movement;
- one faction posture or future route effect.
A branch fails this rite contract if it treats all factions as equally satisfied or lets a faction commit pressure without spending, risking, or exhausting anything.
