Faction Commitment Ledger Storyline / 派系承诺账本

Faction Commitment Ledger is a non-character pressure storyline for the moment when several non-player factions want the same broadcast wound, route asset, proof object, or public settlement — but none of them should be allowed to pressure the player for free forever.

A sponsor may offer escrow but demand private wording. An inspector may offer lawful custody but spend political heat. A fan public may protect a witness but strain oxygen solidarity. An editor may stabilize continuity but consume edit capacity. An archive desk may preserve proof but harden public opacity. A pirate relay may keep a claim alive but invite enforcement.

This storyline makes those commitments playable.

Primary playable question

When a contested surface attracts several faction commitments, whose leverage does the player accept, split, freeze, expose, bait into overcommitment, or let harden into silent capture?

Every answer must show what the faction spent, what it gained, what rival pressure worsened, and how future route access changed.

Why this is the next useful expansion

The current green corpus already has strong first-order custody and aftermath content:

The remaining gap is faction scarcity. Those systems make factions meaningful, but a sponsor, inspector, fan public, editor, or archive desk still risks becoming an infinite reaction source. This storyline forces non-player factions to commit finite leverage and lets the player manage, exploit, or suffer the resulting posture shifts.

State-triggered entry

Open this storyline when all of the following are true:

  1. a contested asset, docket, proof object, route asset, oxygen claim, public receipt, settlement aftershock, archive order, memorial right, cutroom contradiction, witness, or audience-stability scar exists;
  2. at least two factions can claim, fund, freeze, edit, publish, seize, protect, or suppress that surface;
  3. at least one faction has declared a concrete commitment: escrow, lien, oxygen queue, public vigil, edit hold, archive seal, seizure team, silence retainer, relay attention, schedule scar, or equivalent;
  4. the player can still choose among acceptance, split, freeze, public countercommitment, baited overcommitment, or default;
  5. the surface has not already reached terminal settlement, terminal seizure, final public discharge, irreversible route lock, or clean disappearance.

This storyline must never trigger from a fixed numbered turn. It enters from live faction commitment state.

counter_commitment_openA rival faction can answer the first commitment.Branches must compare incompatible relief and control demands.
commitment_acceptedPlayer accepts one faction’s relief/control package.One pressure improves while another faction posture or route cost worsens.
commitment_splitPlayer divides proof, payment, custody, or publication between claimants.Immediate collapse may improve; ambiguity and aftershock persist.

Branch model

Branch A — Accept sponsor, inspector, fan, archive, editor, or pirate commitment

The player accepts one concrete package.

Expected outcomes:

  • commitment_state = commitment_accepted or faction-specific equivalent;
  • immediate pressure, route slot, custody clarity, audience stability, or continuity improves;
  • rival faction posture, public distrust, archive debt, fan resentment, contract capture, edit debt, route exposure, or future blackmail worsens.

Branch B — Split commitment

The player divides control, proof, payment, publication, or route access between two factions.

Expected outcomes:

  • commitment_state = commitment_split;
  • one collapse, breach, or stop-loss surface may improve;
  • ambiguity, false-owner risk, public distrust, fan resentment, archive debt, or settlement aftershock remains live.

Branch C — Freeze commitment

The player refuses immediate payout and freezes the surface under audit, proof, edit checksum, quarantine, or public delay.

Expected outcomes:

  • commitment_state = commitment_frozen;
  • false-owner pressure, drift, fraud, or custody gap may improve;
  • schedule pressure, audience churn, sponsor pressure, fan resentment, or bureau favor debt rises.

Branch D — Public countercommitment

The player uses public receipt, fan oxygen, Yu Lan, witness chain, pirate relay, or unauthorized history to counter private capture.

Expected outcomes:

  • commitment_state = public_countercommitment, fan_queue_committed, or equivalent;
  • public receipt legitimacy, fan oxygen balance, public grief stability, or audience stability improves;
  • sponsor stop-loss, inspection heat, witness retaliation, pirate exposure, or route asset pressure rises.

Branch E — Bait faction overcommitment

The player lets a faction spend leverage and then reveals incompatible proof, rival claim, or route asset state.

Expected outcomes:

  • commitment_state = faction_overcommitted or faction_exhausted;
  • 派系过度承诺破口 fires or is recorded;
  • the faction loses future clean pressure, forms coalition, becomes hostile, or creates a recovery-only route;
  • at least three counters or durable states move.

Branch F — Default into silent capture, coalition, or hostility

The player lacks ledger, proof, handler, counterweight, or price; hides the surface; or lets one faction narrate the commitment first.

Expected outcomes:

  • commitment_state = silent_capture, coalition_formed, faction_hostile, or equivalent;
  • future route access becomes blocked, costlier, hostile, captured, or recovery-only;
  • at least three counters or durable states move.

Counter contract

Every resolution, split, freeze, overcommitment, coalition, or default must change at least three counters or durable states. At least one must be visible relief and at least one must be visible cost.

Multi-session continuity expectation

This storyline can load a contested surface created in an earlier replay and prove that later faction commitments inherited that source state.

Expected evidence:

  • source session id and seed that created the contested surface;
  • current hearing session id and seed;
  • contested surface id and source state before commitment;
  • claimant rows with named faction, commitment type, demanded control, and spend state;
  • assigned ledger, primary claimant, counterweight, handler, and price;
  • selected branch;
  • resulting ledger state, faction posture, counter deltas, and future route effects.

Missability and recovery

This storyline is missable when the player treats faction pressure as ambient, accepts private money without recording demanded control, lets inspector/archive freeze a route without spend state, spends fan oxygen without queue consequence, uses edit capacity without debt, or ignores a declared commitment until silent capture hardens.

Recovery is allowed only at higher cost:

  • reopen commitment hearing with stronger public proof;
  • publish counterreceipt and accept sponsor or inspection backlash;
  • pay fan oxygen debt to counter a private capture;
  • expose a sponsor or archive overcommitment and accept hostility;
  • freeze the surface under audit and accept schedule or audience cost;
  • sacrifice a route asset to unwind coalition pressure.

Integration notes

  • With Oxygen Claim Exchange Storyline, faction commitments determine whose settlement actually spends leverage after a wound becomes payable.
  • With 归档执行案卷, archive and inspector orders can be finite commitments rather than endless authority.
  • With 和解反震账本, aftershock debt can become a faction commitment row.
  • With 认领撞锁, claimant priority can be decided by spent leverage, exposed overcommitment, or silent capture.
  • With Route Assets and Custody, committed factions can change asset state, claimant posture, route cost, and future availability.

Non-goals

  • Not a global faction economy simulator.
  • Not a turn-count bidding phase.
  • Not a raw money sink.
  • Not a dashboard governance page.
  • Not a clean faction appeasement route.
  • Not a replacement for existing custody, oxygen, archive, or settlement stories; it adds finite faction commitment pressure around them.
