Oxygen Rebate Collar / 呼吸返点封顶线

Oxygen Rebate Collar is a pressure storyline for the moment when fan oxygen relief becomes convertible sponsor value.

The current mesh already has Oxygen Claim Exchange Storyline, 赞助补偿库存线, and 赞助后用引证线. Those surfaces prove that oxygen claims, makegood rows, and sponsor citation scars exist. The missing playable branch is narrower and sharper: after fans are owed breath, a sponsor tries to cap, prepay, freeze, or buy forward that refund queue so the audience remains watchable and the sponsor can cite the payment later.

This storyline binds 呼吸返点封顶机制, 呼吸返点封顶案卷, 呼吸返点封顶听证, and 呼吸返点捕获默认.

Primary playable question

When fan oxygen debt, public receipt, sponsor makegood, or audience-stability relief creates a claimable breath row, does the producer:

• open an actual refund queue;
• cap the sponsor rebate and accept sponsor-only scar;
• convert the row into a public receipt;
• place the conversion under archive lien;
• allow pirate mutual-aid to bridge the audience;
• split sponsor and fan reader acceptance;
• refuse conversion;
• or let a default actor capture the rebate first?

Every answer must name the queue holder, desired reader, burdened or excluded reader, recognition surface, collar state, and future route effect.

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — Breath row becomes spendable

A fan oxygen ledger, refund queue, public receipt, sponsor makegood row, audience stability bridge, archive lien, or pirate relief packet becomes claimable. The player sees what it currently does: reduce panic, pay breath, stabilize grief, answer sponsor, preserve proof, or keep a route asset accessible.

The row is invalid if it is only abstract money or popularity.

Beat 2 — Sponsor asks for a collar

Orion Breath or an equivalent sponsor reader wants to cap the queue, buy forward the relief, freeze refunds, convert public receipt into makegood credit, or cite a paid amount later.

The request must name its desired reader. It may be sponsor reader, management report, route asset reader, lawful reader, public receipt reader, or audience-stability reader.

Beat 3 — Burdened reader appears

Someone else carries the scar: fan public, archive, lawful reader, public receipt table, route asset, pirate relay, producer license, or explicit absence.

If the burdened reader is hidden, the route arms 呼吸返点捕获默认.

Beat 4 — Collar hearing prices the conversion

Run 呼吸返点封顶听证. The player chooses the recognition surface and cost.

Characters can bend the branch:

• Shen Luo can draft a sponsor cap notice, but contract capture rises.
• 郁蓝 can force public receipt conversion or fan delegate visibility, but inspection and sponsor pressure rise.
• Han Yanshuang can demand oxygen audit or archive lien, but refund delay and bureau heat rise.
• a pirate relay can preserve audience floor, but route custody becomes more expensive.

Beat 5 — Future routes inherit the collar

A later route, sponsor afteruse request, public receipt, fan refund action, archive/lawful proof test, route asset check, or management report must consume the collar state.

A collar cannot vanish after one scene. Future readers must distinguish uncapped, capped, public_only, sponsor_only, liened, split_required, captured_default, recovery_only, and blocked.

Oxygen Rebate Collar Afteruse Receipt handles the later consumption seam: once a collar row exists, a sponsor desk, public receipt table, fan refund audit, archive/lawful reader, route asset, management report, or ending gate still needs afteruse scope before it may cite the old collar as clean proof.

Missability and recovery

The storyline is missed when implementation:

• treats fan oxygen relief as clean sponsor credit;
• treats sponsor payment as proof that fans were refunded;
• opens from fixed turn count or upkeep schedule;
• hides queue holder or burdened reader;
• lets management close audience stability while refund queue remains unpriced;
• lets public receipt become clean sponsor afteruse;
• lets pirate relief count as official audience floor without custody risk;
• records only money or one generic oxygen counter;
• lets future routes ignore collar state.

Recovery is allowed only with a visible scar: late refund audit, public receipt addendum, sponsor cap notice, archive lien, pirate relay receipt, split reader note, refusal record, recovery-only collar, or contradiction-pending state.
