Remedy Preclusion / 救济失权线

Remedy Preclusion is the next concrete claimant-liability fork for the current green corpus. The recent mesh can already prove that a notice was served, a callback was sequenced, a counterreceipt was challenged, a substitute carrier was fit-tested, and a capacity row was scoped. The remaining playable failure is finality overreach: a later desk says service exists, therefore the next remedy is gone.

This storyline keeps earlier service as history, but asks a narrower question: did that service actually give this barred claimant a real opportunity to answer this specific remedy?

Why this is the strongest next gap

The existing content has the necessary play surfaces: 救济失权机制, 救济失权案卷, 救济失权听证, and 虚假失权默认.

What was missing was the storyline-level contract that binds those surfaces into route play. Without that binding, capacity notice, callback carrier, counterreceipt, substitute carrier, and broadcast-capacity rows can still be consumed as universal waiver by sponsor, lawful reader, public table, archive, route claimant, management report, or broadcast reality.

This is not a new legal flavor layer. It is an aftershock pack for existing playable systems: service is preserved, but preclusion must be scoped.

The line fails if it opens from a fixed turn, fixed day/week interval, chapter quota, raw notice count, raw callback count, dashboard state, lens health, generic legal cleanup, or generic aftermath.

Bound content pack

• 救济失权机制 defines the state machine and hard rules.
• 救济失权案卷 records the source service row, the attempted bar, the remedy at risk, omitted reader, actual opportunity proof, and future effect.
• 救济失权听证 lets the player accept scoped preclusion, rebut it, reopen the remedy, route a lawful appeal, publish a public addendum, rework a substitute or callback, quarantine service, or allow default.

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — The served row becomes a weapon

A desk cites a valid or contested service row from 容量告知送达队列线, 读者反驳通知线, 回叫承载撞车线, 被排除者反回执挑战线, 替代承载征调线, or 播出容量责任级联线.

The desk is not proving service again. It is trying to use service to bar a later remedy.

Beat 2 — The barred remedy is named

The game must name the remedy at risk: callback, correction, refund, counterreceipt, lawful appeal, public addendum, route delay, capacity reserve, witness protection, substitute fit review, or equivalent.

A preclusion claim fails if it only says they were notified, they had callback, receipt accepted, substitute assigned, or capacity served.

Beat 3 — Actual opportunity is tested

The docket must show whether the barred reader had a real reply path for the specific remedy: hearing window, callback slot, public addendum, lawful appeal, reply receipt, route delay, or explicit absence.

Public notice is not lawful waiver. Lawful notice is not public consent. Sponsor countercopy is not fan consent. Callback to one reader is not callback to all.

Beat 4 — The hearing scopes or rejects preclusion

Run 救济失权听证. A valid branch must preserve prior relief for the served scope while mutating cost and future route state.

Beat 5 — False preclusion becomes broadcast reality unless challenged

If future play consumes the service row as universal waiver, 虚假失权默认 fires or arms. Broadcast reality may remember the waiver claim, but the source service row becomes narrowed, challenged, quarantined, false-clean, or recovery-only.

No branch may make service a universal waiver across sponsor, public, lawful, archive, fan oxygen, access caption, recovery, route asset, management report, and broadcast reality readers.

Missability and recovery

This storyline is missed when a future route consumes service as waiver without creating or reading a preclusion row.

Missed states include false_precluded, remedy_hidden, barred_claimant_hostile, service_scope_overwritten, broadcast_reality_drift, route_blocked, and recovery_only.

Recovery is allowed only through visible cost: late addendum, reopened remedy, lawful appeal, public correction, callback rework, substitute fit review, quarantine, or recovery-only route. Recovery cannot make the original service universal waiver retroactively.

Non-goals
