Class Representative Mandate Docket records the moment a prior representative, delegate, witness carrier, operator, or class claimant is cited again after their mandate has changed.

It is not proof that a group exists. 无障碍字幕集体线 and 粉丝委任分裂线 already create collective or delegate authority. This card asks whether that authority is still valid for the future reader trying to spend it.

The docket fails if it only says representative exists, class certified, delegate recognized, witness paid, operator silent, or settlement accepted without naming the drift event and the future reader trying to consume old authority.

Player-facing use

This card should appear as a management-pressure object, not as a legal abstraction. The player is being asked which representative can still speak, which cohort is no longer covered, what proof supports the renewal, and which later route inherits the scar.

Non-goals
