Silent Representative Default / 沉默代表默认

Silent Representative Default fires or arms when a prior class representative, fan delegate, witness carrier, caption operator, public receipt, or lawful petitioner is consumed as if they still speak for every represented cohort after their mandate has changed.

The event is the default pressure for 集体代表委任案卷. It preserves the old representation row as history, but scars the new route that tried to spend it as clean authority.

The event fails as content if it only changes money, reputation, generic liability, or fan mood. It must name whose authority was falsely reused, which cohort disappeared, and which future reader now inherits the scar.

Aftermath hooks

• With 粉丝委任伪代表默认, this event handles later reuse after the delegate row already existed.
• With 见证承载双花默认, it distinguishes service-carrier reuse from group-authority reuse.
• With 虚假失权默认, it prevents a barred remedy from being justified by a silently changed representative.

Recovery shape

Recovery is allowed only through visible cost: late mandate renewal, cohort split, substitute representative appointment, withdrawal protection, conflict notice, authority escrow, quarantine, or recovery-only route. Recovery cannot retroactively make the old representative universal.
