Class Representative Mandate Drift Lens / 集体代表委任漂移 Lens

This lens observes whether 集体代表委任漂移线 and 集体代表委任漂移机制 correctly prevent stale representative authority from being consumed as current universal mandate.

The current mesh already creates local guarantees. 无障碍字幕集体线 can certify or split access cohorts. 粉丝委任分裂线 can decide who speaks for fan-side claims. 见证承载解除线 prevents a prior service carrier from becoming reusable capacity. 救济失权线 prevents a service row from barring every later remedy.

The remaining aftershock is representative drift: a valid old representative row becomes unsafe after the representative is bought off, separately settled, discharged, substituted, protected, captured, narrowed, or withdrawn. A passing implementation must preserve the old row as history while forcing current-mandate proof before any future reader consumes it.
