Class Representative Mandate Drift is the next concrete aftershock for the green caption / capacity / carrier / remedy mesh.

The current corpus can already create collective representation through 无障碍字幕集体线, split fan mandates through 粉丝委任分裂线, prevent after-service carrier laundering through 见证承载解除线, and prevent service from becoming universal waiver through 救济失权线. The remaining playable failure is later: an old representative row is still cited after the representative has been bought off, discharged, substituted, protected, captured, narrowed, or withdrawn.

This line keeps the old representation as history, but asks whether the representative still has current mandate for the reader trying to consume it.

Why this is the strongest gap

The new gap is not another service or proof layer. It is the state transition between valid representation and stale representation.

Without this line, a future desk can still say:

• the access-caption class was certified, therefore the sponsor can settle every access cohort;
• the fan delegate was recognized, therefore oxygen creditors cannot answer;
• the witness was paid once, therefore the same person speaks for the class again;
• the caption operator stayed silent, therefore access readers consented;
• lawful petitioner authority exists, therefore public readers are bound;
• the representative settled separately, therefore the route can close.

That is a different failure from false service, false preclusion, or carrier double-spend. It is silent representative reuse.

The storyline fails if entry comes from fixed turn number, fixed day/week interval, chapter quota, raw class count, raw fan count, raw witness count, generic legal review, dashboard state, or lens-health state.

Bound content pack

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — A representative row exists

The source row may come from a caption class, access reliance row, fan delegate mandate, oxygen witness mandate, witness discharge receipt, remedy preclusion docket, or reliance unwind ledger.

The source row is not erased. It remains proof of what was represented at that time.

Beat 2 — The representative changes state

A drift event occurs:

• the representative settles separately;
• sponsor buys or captures the representative;
• a witness or operator is discharged or refuses reuse;
• a substitute appears;
• withdrawal is protected;
• an oxygen haircut changes incentives;
• class scope changes;
• lawful/public/sponsor scope narrows;
• the representative becomes hostile, captured, absent, or recovery-only.

Beat 3 — A later reader tries to reuse the old mandate

A sponsor, archive, management table, lawful reader, public table, route claimant, or broadcast reality tries to consume the old representative row.

The game creates 集体代表委任案卷 naming the reuse claim and the remedy or route at risk.

Beat 4 — Mandate review

Run 集体代表委任复核. The review asks whether current authority can be renewed, split, substituted, protected, published, escrowed, quarantined, or defaulted.

Beat 5 — Future play consumes the new state

The result must mutate a future reader or route: callback, addendum, public-only scope, lawful-only scope, sponsor-only scope, route delay, blocked route, hostile cohort, recovery-only state, contradiction pending, or costlier future route.

No branch may make one representative clean for public, lawful, sponsor, archive, fan oxygen, access caption, route asset, management report, and broadcast reality at once.

Character and desk hooks

• Shen Luo can renew or substitute a representative, but must preserve scope and contract-capture risk.
• Yu Lan can publish drift, preserving public proof while increasing public exposure and sponsor pressure.
• Han Yanshuang can escrow authority, producing lawful-only safety and public delay.
• Baiya can mask the withdrawal, but a mask cannot become current consent.
• A fan delegate or caption operator can withdraw, become protected, or become hostile if reused silently.

Handlers do not solve the line by prestige. They fill assignment slots or explicit absence.
