Huo Qian Fan Witness Docket / 火签粉丝证词案卷

Huo Qian Fan Witness Docket is the playable custody card for the moment when a fan-held proof object becomes more than rumor. It converts 火签 from a side-route clue giver into a risky witness asset who can be recruited, protected, radicalized, captured, or burned by the production desk.

The card exists because the current mesh already has strong archive, sponsor, inspector, and legal-pressure branches. The gap is lower in the chain: a fan witness can make the missing-person proof public, but only if the player pays the oxygen/social cost of letting a supposedly irrational crowd become admissible.

This card is not a generic fan anger meter. It must attach concrete evidence rows, custody state, claimant pressure, and future route effects.

When this card appears

Create or update this docket when all of the following are true:

1. Huo Qian or an equivalent fan scavenger has seen, held, copied, tagged, or can identify a proof object;
2. the proof object touches a missing trainee, fan queue, support-light echo, D-17 lost-property trace, archive copy, or public receipt;
3. at least two factions can benefit from or suppress the proof: fan public, security, archive, inspector, sponsor, editor, artist handler, or pirate relay;
4. at least one production action could protect, buy, publish, suppress, frame, or ignore the fan witness;
5. the witness is not already final-missed, terminal hostile, safely recruited, or fully captured.

This card is never created from a fixed turn number, day interval, chapter quota, raw content count, lens-health state, or generic fan mood.

Witness states

trusted_witness	She believes the producer did not pre-frame the fan group.	A fan proof row becomes assignable.
paid_in_oxygen	The player compensates the fan network through oxygen credit or public acknowledgment.	fan_witness_safety or proof legitimacy improves; fan_oxygen_resentment or sponsor pressure may rise.
protected_witness	She survives exposure under handler, payroll, or oath protection.	Future witness/payroll or fan route actions unlock.
route_asset.huo_qian_fan_witness	火签 becomes a persistent route asset.	At least one later rite accepts her as witness or fan-side extractor.
missed	The proof window closes without engagement.	A fan proof branch is suppressed or more expensive.
radicalized_hostile	She concludes the producer is laundering the disappearance.	Hostile fan testimony, counter-broadcast, or witness reprisal pressure arms.
captured_by_security	Security or inspector custody controls her testimony.	Recovery requires payroll, public receipt, or proof-burden work.
burned_as_extremist	The player wins short-term security by accepting the extremist frame.	Immediate clearance may improve; public legitimacy and future fan trust collapse.

Playable promise

A valid implementation must let the player choose what 火签 becomes:

• protected fan witness;
• oxygen-paid route asset;
• public receipt carrier;
• archive-only sealed source;
• missed witness;
• hostile counter-broadcaster;
• security-captured witness;
• burned extremist scapegoat.

Every successful branch must pay at least one cost: oxygen credit, witness payroll leak, security heat, sponsor pressure, public instability, handler burden, proof exposure, or future fan resentment.

Non-goals
