This lens observes whether 呼吸折让见证委任线 and 呼吸折让见证委任机制 correctly turn a fan oxygen haircut into named, replay-visible character consequence.

The lens exists because the current corpus can already create oxygen collars, priority scars, foreclosure notices, fan mandate splits, and Huo Qian witness states. The failure risk is a clean abstraction: fans accepted partial loss. A passing implementation proves that the game cannot file a haircut as consent unless the witness/delegate, represented constituency, excluded constituency, proof of mandate, protection/payment, and future scar are visible.

Observable promise

When the game offers a fan oxygen haircut, it must prove:

• what oxygen promise or explicit absence the haircut modifies;

• which constituency is represented;

Progress is measured by branch proof and durable state, not page count.

• 20%: an oxygen concession or haircut offer opens from state pressure with source oxygen and demanded object visible.
• 40%: the haircut witness row records selected or missing witness/delegate, represented constituency, excluded constituency, proof of mandate, and protection/payment.
• 60%: 火签 witness branch and one alternate named-handler branch resolve with distinct costs.
