Fan Delegate Mandate Split / 粉丝委任分裂机制

Fan Delegate Mandate Split makes fan-side representation a first-class route asset and failure surface.

The current game already has strong fan oxygen, public receipt, witness custody, protected witness payroll, public contrition, faction commitment, and sponsor-capture pressure. The remaining playable gap is representational collapse: a fan ledger can be real, but the person speaking for it can be elected, bought, frightened, lawful-only, masked, amplified, or false.

This mechanic prevents fan pressure from being flattened into one counter. When a route asks what the fans want, the game must be able to answer: which fans, which delegate, what proof of mandate, which excluded constituency, and who profits from the misrecognition?

Design rule

A fan delegate is not the fan public. A delegate is a claim that must be supported, scoped, split, or allowed to fail.

A valid implementation must show:

  • a source fan claim;
  • at least two possible fan-side mandate surfaces or an explicit absence;
  • proof of mandate or explicit absence;
  • a non-fan faction that can exploit the mandate;
  • a future reader that consumes the mandate;
  • a branch that changes both relief and cost;
  • a negative/default path when representation is falsely cleaned.

Play loop

  1. A fan claim becomes useful enough to affect public legitimacy, oxygen debt, apology, sponsor pressure, inspection compliance, archive custody, or broadcast reality.
  2. 粉丝委任账本 enters or updates with the contested mandate row.
  3. The player opens 粉丝委任听证.
  4. The selected branch recognizes, scopes, buys, masks, amplifies, splits, or refuses the delegate.
  5. The result changes delegate state, future route acceptance, and at least three counters or durable states.
  6. If the mandate is missing, hidden, or falsely cleaned, 粉丝委任伪代表默认 fires or is armed.

Branch model

Recognize elected delegate

Use fan-side proof such as oxygen ledger, public receipt, or audience archive signature.

  • Relief: public legitimacy, fan delegate legitimacy, or grief stability improves.
  • Cost: sponsor pressure, inspection heat, fan oxygen liability, or witness exposure rises.
  • Future: public route unlocks with cost; sponsor route becomes harder or retaliatory.

Seat witness-backed delegate

Use Huo Qian or another fan witness as a mandate carrier.

  • Relief: proof legibility and public receipt legitimacy improve.
  • Cost: witness retaliation risk, payroll due, or inspection heat rises.
  • Future: 受保护证人薪册机制 may become required.

Accept sponsor appointee

Use sponsor/manager recognition, usually through Shen Luo or a stop-loss desk.

  • Relief: sponsor pressure, slot pressure, or immediate public noise decreases.
  • Cost: contract capture, public distrust, false representative risk, and fan fracture rise.
  • Future: sponsor route may unlock while public restitution becomes harder or recovery-only.

Audit lawful delegate

Use Han Yanshuang, inspector/archive recognition, oath, or lawful proof.

  • Relief: compliance, archive legibility, or lawful route access improves.
  • Cost: lawful-only routing, bureau favor debt, fan resentment, or public addendum pressure rises.
  • Future: public and lawful readings diverge unless explicitly reconciled.

Mask or split delegate

Use Baiya, checksum, source masking, split escrow, or public/lawful separation.

  • Relief: retaliation risk or immediate fracture decreases.
  • Cost: source ambiguity, edit debt, public distrust, and future recovery cost rise.
  • Future: a split-mandate route, source disclosure, or contradiction-pending state is armed.

Pirate-amplify delegate

Use 海盗频段童声 or equivalent relay to make a delegate visible before lawful recognition.

  • Relief: private capture becomes harder and public pressure rises.
  • Cost: relay custody risk, pirate exposure, inspection heat, and sponsor pressure rise.
  • Future: route may become public-only or require lawful appeal.

Refuse, hide, or false-clean

Ignore the mandate, hide fracture, treat a convenient delegate as consensus, or let the default narrator move first.

  • Relief: temporary silence or sponsor relief may occur.
  • Cost: false representative, hostile delegate, fan fracture, public contradiction, or recovery-only state appears.
  • Future: 粉丝委任伪代表默认 fires or is armed.

Missability and recovery

This mechanic is missable when the player:

  • accepts a sponsor appointee as public consensus;
  • uses a fan witness without protection;
  • treats pirate amplification as lawful mandate;
  • masks a delegate and later spends them as public consent;
  • treats lawful-only recognition as full public consent;
  • hides a split constituency from a future route reader.

Missed states include:

  • false_representative;
  • sponsor_captured_delegate;
  • witness_burnout;
  • pirate_delegate_exposed;
  • lawful_only_misfiled_as_public;
  • editor_mask_reused_as_consent;
  • hostile_delegate;
  • recovery_only_mandate.

Recovery is allowed only through visible cost:

  • public counter-receipt;
  • mandate audit;
  • protected delegate payroll;
  • split mandate escrow;
  • sponsor unwind;
  • apology or contrition hearing;
  • archive correction with source ambiguity.
