Broadcast Dividend Claim / 播出盈余认领线

Broadcast Dividend Claim is the storyline for a positive result that becomes dangerous because it is useful.

When a broadcast, correction, memorial, public receipt, legality conversion, coalition break, triage save, or route-asset rescue succeeds, it can create a surplus: audience trust, sponsor uplift, fan oxygen surplus, lawful goodwill, edit-lane credit, route-asset momentum, staff morale, schedule slack, or archive compliance credit. That surplus is not neutral. It is a claimable asset.

The current corpus is strong at penalties after failure and scars after compromised success. This storyline adds the missing management/RPG surface after a clean-looking win: who gets the dividend, who is unpaid, and what future route becomes gated by the way success was spent?

Primary playable question

After the producer wins something real, does the producer reinvest the surplus into the route asset, pay the harmed claimant, seed a public reserve, buy lawful buffer, accept sponsor harvest, protect the staff/proxy network, hold a producer reserve, or let the strongest default claimant capture the meaning of the win?

Every answer must preserve the original victory. A dividend claim does not retcon the win; it makes the win economically, publicly, legally, or personally scarce.

Why this is the next useful expansion

Recent systems cover:

The gap is the positive side of management economy. If success only reduces pressure, the player has no RPG reason to care about who benefited from the win. This storyline makes surplus allocation visible and contestable without adding filler rites.

State-triggered entry

Open this storyline only when all of the following are true:

  1. a prior source branch produced measurable relief and that relief remains true;
  2. the relief creates a spendable or claimable pool, not only a lower counter;
  3. at least two claimant families can demand incompatible uses of the pool;
  4. at least one route asset, follower/proxy, proof object, public receipt, license class, crisis ticket, or ending scar will change depending on allocation;
  5. a default claimant can capture the surplus if no valid allocation occurs;
  6. the source cost, scar, or harmed claimant remains visible.

This storyline must never open from fixed numbered turn, day interval, chapter quota, raw content count, lens-health state, or generic post-victory label.

Content pack

Mechanic

  • 播出盈余认领机制 defines the pool states, claimant rows, branch families, counter contract, and replay evidence shape.

Card

  • 播出盈余认领账本 records the source success, pool type, pool size/class, claimant rows, allocation offers, and default claimant.

Rite

  • 播出盈余分配听证 is the assignable rite where the player spends, splits, reserves, converts, or loses the dividend.

Event

  • 盈余认领默认 fires or is armed when the producer hides the pool, reserves it without scar, allocates it to only one fake-clean claimant, or fails to assign it before a claimant narrates the surplus first.

Core actors and functions

  • Han Yanshuang can turn lawful goodwill or archive compliance into buffer, but public warmth and bureau debt are at risk.
  • Shen Luo can let sponsor harvest the dividend into budget, slot, or naming relief, but contract capture and public distrust rise.
  • Yu Lan can seed public reserve from audience trust or fan oxygen surplus, but sponsor retaliation and inspection heat rise.
  • Baiya can turn edit-lane credit into a safer follow-up cut, but source ambiguity and edit debt remain.

A character cannot spend the dividend by presence alone. They must be assigned with a claimant row, pool, branch, and cost.

Storyline sequence

Beat 1 — A real win produces surplus

A prior branch succeeds. Examples:

  • legality conversion creates lawful goodwill;
  • public contrition creates audience trust;
  • triage save creates schedule slack or staff morale;
  • coalition break creates route-asset momentum;
  • insolvency payment creates sponsor uplift or public credit;
  • route-asset rescue creates follow-up use momentum;
  • clean-ending dispute creates edit-lane credit or archive compliance.

The game creates or updates 播出盈余认领账本.

Beat 2 — Claimants name incompatible uses

The ledger must name at least two claimant rows.

Valid collisions:

  • sponsor wants uplift converted to budget relief while fans want oxygen restitution;
  • inspector wants lawful buffer while Yu Lan wants public receipt momentum;
  • editor wants edit-lane credit while archive wants source admission;
  • staff wants recovery cover while route asset holder wants immediate follow-up;
  • producer wants reserve while harmed claimant wants payment now;
  • pirate/public route wants momentum while corporate route wants clean package.

Beat 3 — Allocation hearing

Run 播出盈余分配听证. The player chooses one of the branch families:

  • reinvest route asset;
  • pay harmed claimant;
  • seed public reserve;
  • buy lawful buffer;
  • accept sponsor harvest;
  • protect staff/proxy;
  • hold producer reserve;
  • let default capture.

Beat 4 — Pool state mutates

The pool becomes one of:

  • allocated;
  • split;
  • reserved;
  • captured;
  • converted;
  • expired;
  • recovery_only.

At least one future route, rite, asset, proof, license, proxy, or crisis ticket must change.

Beat 5 — Unpaid claimant becomes future pressure

Allocation must leave a named unpaid, narrowed, or hostile claimant unless the selected branch is pure default capture. That claimant may later feed insolvency, adverse coalition, legality conversion, public contrition, proxy posture, route-asset custody, or ending scar pressure.

Counter contract

Every resolved non-default branch must mutate at least three counters or durable states, including one relief and one cost. Default capture must mutate pool state and future route/asset effect.

Missability and recovery

This storyline is missed when a success grants generic reward, silently improves all factions, removes scars without naming a pool, lets sponsor or public claim the win without a ledger, or creates a reserve with no denied claimant.

Recovery is allowed only with visible scar:

  • reopen the allocation hearing and pay one claimant;
  • split the pool and accept source ambiguity or weaker future uses;
  • convert the pool through lawful, public, sponsor, editor, staff, or route-asset channel;
  • move the unresolved promise into 播出破产账本线;
  • break a resulting 反向同盟锁线;
  • accept recovery-only use for the captured route asset.

Non-goals

  • Not passive income.
  • Not a generic success screen.
  • Not raw content-count satisfaction.
  • Not a fixed-turn bonus phase.
  • Not a replacement for insolvency, triage, contrition, legality, coalition, ending, or route-asset systems.
  • Not valid unless the win creates a named pool, claimants contest the pool, allocation costs something, and future playable state changes.
