Producer License Encumbrance / 制作人牌照负担线

Producer License Encumbrance is a pressure-system storyline for the moment when the producer’s authority itself becomes collateral.

The recent corpus has strong local consequence loops: 申诉残留分流线 routes limited scarred credit; 伤痕汇流台线 prevents shared stabilizers from becoming clean; 经营压缩台 blocks executive false-clean reporting; 裁定执行负荷线 prevents rulings from being reused without service load; and 制作分诊台 makes finite staffing visible.

The next gap is the common reader all of them keep touching: Producer License and Pressure. Without a dedicated content pack, each source can raise license pressure, but the player does not see which prior scar has borrowed which part of producer authority. That makes the license behave like a vague health bar instead of a management/RPG object.

This storyline makes the player decide:

Do we pledge the producer license for the current route, split it between future readers, delegate it to a mandate or proxy, retire a prior pledge, refuse use, or let the license be captured by overpledge?

Why this expansion is high-value

The current green mesh already has many systems that read producer license state. The weakness is that license authority is still too easy to treat as generic capacity.

A routed appeal residue can say producer_license_review. A scar convergence result can say accepted_with_scar by the license reader. A management compression report can say a false metric attacks the license later. An enforcement load row can cite license authority for service. A triage default can leave the license as the missing handler of last resort.

Those are all good local results. The missing product surface is license encumbrance afterlife: the same producer authority can become pledged, split, delegated, released, refused, captured, or recovery-only.

Mechanism

  • 制作人牌照负担机制 defines encumbrance rows, pledged authority, collateral holder, forbidden reader, release condition, branch contract, counter surfaces, and default.

Card

  • 制作人牌照负担账本 records source obligation, requested license use, pledged authority, collateral holder or explicit absence, forbidden or delayed reader, proof/seal/receipt/checksum/ruling/residue, release condition, overpledge risk, and future route effect.

Rite

Event

  • 牌照超额质押默认 fires or is armed when one authority is double-spent, hidden, filed as clean, used without collateral, or captured by a reader.

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — A future route asks for producer authority

A current route, public statement, custody intervention, correction bid, lawful stay, management report, route asset release, or broadcast act asks to use the producer license.

The request names what kind of authority is needed. It does not simply say “license pressure rises.”

Examples:

  • appeal residue wants producer-license review to accept a scarred lawful stay;
  • scar convergence wants a shared stabilizer accepted by the license reader;
  • management compression wants a false-clean report filed under producer authority;
  • ruling enforcement load wants the license to prove a row was served;
  • production triage left a ticket unstaffed and now asks the license to absorb the absence;
  • route asset afterlife wants the producer license to pick which copy owns the next route.

Beat 2 — The encumbrance ledger opens

Create or refresh 制作人牌照负担账本. The ledger must show:

  • source surface and source row/result id;
  • source relief and source cost;
  • requested license use;
  • pledged authority;
  • collateral holder or explicit absence;
  • forbidden/delayed/surcharged reader;
  • proof/seal/receipt/checksum/ruling/residue or explicit absence;
  • release condition or explicit absence;
  • overpledge risk;
  • future route effect if unanswered.

Beat 3 — The producer chooses how authority is carried

Run 制作人牌照负担复核.

The player chooses among:

  • pledge visible collateral;
  • split license authority;
  • delegate authority;
  • release or retire pledge;
  • refuse license use;
  • overpledge or hide.

Every valid branch must name handler or explicit absence, collateral holder or explicit absence, proof/seal or explicit absence, release condition or explicit absence, branch cost, and future reader effect.

Beat 4 — One route proceeds and another becomes scarred

The license is never made globally clean. It becomes one of:

  • pledged with collateral;
  • split by reader;
  • delegated through mandate or proxy;
  • released/retired with scar;
  • refused;
  • captured;
  • false-clean hardened;
  • sponsor-only;
  • lawful-only;
  • public-only;
  • route-asset-only;
  • review-required;
  • recovery-only.

Beat 5 — Future route consumes the license state

The storyline is not complete until at least one future reader or route changes acceptance because of the encumbrance result.

Valid future consumption:

  • producer-license review accepts a pledged row with cost;
  • public table rejects sponsor-only authority;
  • lawful reader accepts lawful-only authority but surcharges public truth;
  • sponsor gate captures authority after release condition is hidden;
  • correction slot requires a new proof bridge;
  • route asset becomes recovery-only because the license was overpledged;
  • broadcast reality stores false-clean authority or black-screen fold.

Counter contract

Every branch must mutate at least three surfaces:

  • one relief surface;
  • one cost surface;
  • one future route or reader effect.

Missability and recovery

This storyline is missed when implementation:

  • uses producer license as a generic success permission;
  • raises license pressure without naming pledged authority;
  • hides collateral holder or assumes consent;
  • omits forbidden/delayed reader;
  • treats release condition as flavor;
  • lets one license authority satisfy sponsor, public, lawful, correction, route asset, and broadcast reality readers at once;
  • lets management file a clean license report while source obligation remains scarred;
  • opens from fixed turn, day, week, chapter, raw count, dashboard state, or lens health.

Recovery is allowed only with visible scar:

  • publish a public receipt and accept sponsor or inspection pressure;
  • file lawful appeal and accept public delay;
  • spend a correction slot;
  • sacrifice or quarantine a route asset;
  • appoint mandate/proxy and accept burden or capture risk;
  • accept sponsor-only, lawful-only, public-only, split, blocked, or recovery-only route state;
  • reopen the encumbrance review at higher cost.

Non-goals

  • Not a license renewal timer.
  • Not a hidden deadline.
  • Not a generic HP meter.
  • Not a governance or dashboard page.
  • Not raw count satisfaction.
  • Not a replacement for appeal residue, scar convergence, management compression, ruling enforcement load, production triage, or route asset provenance.
  • Not valid unless the producer license is treated as a concrete, scarred authority object with collateral, excluded reader, release condition, branch cost, default, and future route acceptance.
