Observable promise

A passing implementation proves that fan support is not a clean boolean, popularity score, raw audience size, oxygen balance, sponsor quote, or public apology flourish.

The implementation must answer:

Which fan oxygen or public receipt row gives standing, which public is represented, which public is omitted, what the cell demands, what proof or absence supports it, which delegate state applies, and which future route or ending consumes the result?

The lens fails if fans accepted it, public support rises, oxygen debt falls, sponsor funded relief, or public scar eligible can resolve without a ledger-cell row or explicit absence plus future effect.
